Aside from having an excellent cut and color from Stephanie, an appointment is also a soothing respite from a busy week. I have been her customer since she opened the salon and appreciate everything she does to make my time in the salon pleasant.
Today was my first visit, and I was very happy with the result. I had an appointment with Hunter. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly, polite dog who offered to share his toy with me. The shop was very clean, tastefully decorated, and there was plenty of parking (some nearby free for 2 hrs.). The staff was very friendly, and Hunter was very attentive to my needs. Having just completed 7 weeks of Chemotherapy, my hair (what I had left), was a mess. I told Hunter I wanted it "short and sexy, just like me", and he did exactly that. I usually fly to Miami Beach FL to have my hair cut, but as the daily non-stop has been seasonally discontinued, I needed to find another solution. I'm so glad I found Loyal's Barber Shop, and Hunter. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I admit I found the $30 cost a bit high (I pay $15 in Miami Beach), that seems to be the "normal" cost for Knoxville haircuts. Interesting. Still, I was very pleased, and recommend Loyal's Barber Shop. I will be back.

If you’re in need of a barbershop, you officially WERE in need and no longer are. Look no further. Billy’s is the place to be.I’ll be honest, I’m very picky about my hair cut. I search diligently for the one barber I want to visit every two weeks until I or they move. I visited my previous barber every two weeks for over 4 years and another after that for 2 years.After moving here in 2023 I went to searching all over the Knoxville/Hardin Valley etc. area. After a few barber shops I finally was advised to see Billy and his team. I’ve been back every two weeks ever since. Their skills are top notch and they are good people. Billy gives the best fade I’ve ever had. The dude literally learned my head shape etc. over my first few cuts to best tailor how to cut my hair instead of cutting my hair like everyone else.Billy, Demarcus, and Bobby are all top notch barbers. You can’t go wrong with whichever one is available. Getting my hair cut is pleasant in the quality of the cut as well as the quality of the people and conversation.

My son and I just left this place. He got a hair cut and I got a beard trim. I can honestly say, this is the best barber shop that I’ve been to in a very long time. I had been seasonal tanning at a small salon in Halls. I made the switch to Beach Bums and I'm very impressed with, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the more modern beds available. If you are wasting your money elsewhere, I would highly recommend trying Beach Bums.
We love this tanning salon so much that we drive about a half hour to come tan here. We bought the memberships and have not been disappointed once. There is hardly ever a wait, it’s immaculate, the staff is amazing and very welcoming and it’s always a great experience.

I’ve never been here before to get my nails done just my toes and I had booked with Moon simply just because she had so many great reviews and I really wanted the executed properly but she was busy for the day and I got James and he literally killed it. You know what I find funny? All these comments lying about being disrespected here at this shop. Also the one of the lady who has a mixed child and Mariam or any of the nice ladies here talking about your mixed child. That's a lie. I am a white woman, I just got my hair corn rowed and box braids in the back. I have a mixed daughter named Aaliyah. My daughter loves these ladies! They are so sweet to us, she even let my daughter, who is 8 and can not braid "help her" braid my hair. Her braids are always tight and look flawless. If anyone has ever had a problem with a hair style or as that woman said about the crochet, something has fallen out Mariam always works to fix it. If you don't like something, don't wait open your mouth right away! If the braids are to tight, for some of you tender headed folks. Tell her, she will try to make them looser. To the lady that said mariam and another girl were talking about you in French. She is from Africa, please learn that if you are going to lie you need to know what language they speak. Now, I have been at this here coming for over a year. They have done my hair and my mixed daughter's hair and it has look great every time! So thank you Mariam for always being so kind and doing such a wonderful job!

Second time visiting and I was again blown away with how relaxing this place is. The gift shop/waiting area is amazing with unique products, calming vibe immediately as you walk in. I was really nervous about trying lash extensions due to the fact that my eyes are pretty sensitive to strip lashes and the glue I had been using. I've had the honor to know Mariah for years and when she started doing beauty work she taught me that the glue never touches your actual eyes and that alone convinced me to try them! I AM NEVER GOING BACK! Never once have I experienced any irritation, burning, or had the sensation that I wanted them off like how I would with strip lashes. I no longer experience puffiness in my eyes from glue irritation. Not to mention it has absolutely saved so much time getting ready in the morning! Every appointment has been so easy to make and keep up with, and without a doubt im so happy I chose her and this place. Its so clean and calming in the salon and I truly feel like a princess with every appointment!! I can never thank her enough. Mariah is the BEST!!!

I had designed tattoos for my friend and I, our artists were husband and wife and the owners of the shop. They were super super sweet and made us feel very comfortable asking if we were doing good through the whole experience. Came in after a bad experience at another tattoo shop. Hanz was understanding, professional, timely, knowledgeable, cleanly, etc…Pricing was reasonable. I got a tattoo of the Tri-star on my forearm. Hanz uses high quality materials and equipment. Im happy with the artwork and my overall experience.

Kaylee saved my piercing! I had to remove my nipple piercings for a procedure, and one of them started to close within hours before I could get it back in. Kaylee warned me we may not be able to re-open it, but using a taper she was able to get a bar back in and keep me from going through a re-pierce through scar tissue later down the line. Her skill and kindness were so appreciated! Additionally, the shop is clean and welcoming. Will be going back for any piercing needs!

I got to spend a couple of hours with Isaac the owner yesterday and we looked at some of his artwork/tattoos and it's beside me how talented his work is. I was talking to my daughter later in the day and apparently he did 5 of her tattoos, small world. This tattoo store is next level clean, comfortable and getting to hear some of his story was very grounding for me. Isaac when you rear this know that the world is a better place because of what you do every day to make it a better place. Also thank your service to our country. We have the freedoms that we have because of men and womoen like you that gave back to our great country.
I just want to give a big shout out to Baker for the awesome job he did with Molly’s ears. This was the THIRD time we have tried to get her ears pierced. The first two times ended up with nasty infected ears. We are two months out and everything has healed nicely. We so appreciate his knowledge and willingness to explain the process to us. Highly recommend!

This was such an amazing place. My sister got her first ear piercings and I got my forward helix. We were both pierced by Jacki and she was such a wonderful help with making both of us feel comfortable and made sure I had the correct anatomy for the piercing I wanted. Which was reassuring because I knew from then on that she knew what she was doing. Additionally, she was very responsive over DMs and was transparent with me about pricing, jewelry, etc. Love this place and if I’m ever in Knoxville again I will for sure make another visit here!

This will be a long review but these gentlemen Robert & Ian are absolutely worth it! On Friday morning, my gas water heater sprung a leak at the bottom and needed to be replaced. I called the Oak Ridge Gas Co (ORUD) and they said they couldn't come until Monday. 7 people (6 girls & me) with no hot water for 4 days! Next I called some local plumbers. One by one they said either they'd come around 6pm or they didn't handle gas units. I'm glad they were busy but I needed someone now! Next I called 2 major companies that are well known in the Knoxville area. One came, gave a 3 minute look and quoted a mid 4 figure price TO REPLACE A WATER HEATER! The next on the scene was Robert Mason & Ian (I don't know his last name) from TENNESSEE STANDARD PLUMBING & DRAIN. These gentlemen took their time. They asked many questions, they did a very thorough and professional inspection. They were straightforward, honest, neat and genuinely concerned about providing service, not just doing a job. While speaking with Ian, he was sharing about how much the leadership in the company truly cared about their employees and showed them tremendous respect. I found that to not only be reassuring but also experienced how that translated to how they genuinely cared about my family. The inspection took a good deal of time. They went into the crawlspace and really did a full inspection. Remember, this is Friday afternoon on Father's day weekend. When they were done, Robert showed me his findings. For those that don't know, many of the houses in Oak Ridge were built in 1943 so most of my plumbing is 80 years old. Robert showed me the pictures of the main pipe coming out of the ground into the house. Only God knows how it had not blown out yet, it was that corroded. Let me stop here and say that Robert & Ian were the only ones to do this inspection. Had I just replaced the water heater, the pressure* (more on this later) would have blown somewhere else and potentially taken out the furnace with the water. About the water pressure, they were also the only ones to measure the water pressure which was 100 psi when it should be half that. They also noticed that I did not have a pressure regulator or a main shut off. Important things to have in 2024 that perhaps weren't in 1943. When they entered the house they had special shoes for neatness and respect which was nice. Finally when they were completely done, we sat down and they presented 3 different options which we discussed in detail. There was absolutely no pressure, no sales talk, nothing except honest information and options. There is a very true saying that you get what you pay for. Tennessee Standard Plumbing & Drain is not the cheapest but there is also a difference between "cost" and "price" The "cost" over time will be less because they use top of the line material and they perform exemplary work which they stand behind. It turned out that none of the 3 options were attainable so Robert worked within our budget to get the vital items fixed. They handled everything. They called to get the ground marked, they dug up only the area they needed to and they put it back as best you can when you trench a yard. Another professional thing was that they were prepared. They had what they needed on the truck with them. There was no wasted time while they went to get whatever was needed. I greatly appreciated that. In the end, we decided on a 3 visit plan. They did the emergency items this visit. In 6 months or so, they will return for the 2nd phase and the final mostly cosmetic phase where my wife gets the bathroom she really wants. I would highly recommend these gentlemen and Tennessee Standard Plumbing & Drain!

Tech who arrived was very polite and easy to work with. I was a bit skeptical when they brought in a buffer for the cleaning but it did remove stains and pet oder. So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.

This company is the best there is. We are at the end of a large scale remodel of our main level and We didn’t know anything about refinishing a hardwood main floor and needed all the help we could get. Excellent service, advice and support from day one for the estimate. Mace is their guy that did our fill ins of all the gaps in wood that were created by moving walls and removing outdated cabinets etc. His attention to detail was incredible. He had to fit boards around a very irregular stacked stone fireplace and did so with crazy precision. Great guy in general also. Their owner Chip was always available for solid advice on choices and timing and provided much needed education on all of the things we needed to learn to make good choices. His right hand man Cody is a personal favorite of ours as he has excellently coached our daughter in basketball for years prior to being surprised that he worked for Chip as well. Finally- the amazing guys that did the tedious finish work of sanding, staining and sealing were really top notch with next level skill. We had Kevan and Raul for the first few days followed by Kevan being replaced by Carlos who did much of the fine work at the edges on hands and knees. I knew they were outstanding but got the greatest compliment for them today when my cabinet installer came back to apply the toe kicks and asked me how it was possible that they refinished the floors around my kitchen island posts without any damage whatsoever. He said that he’s never seen a perfect product after a refinish. Damage at the base is inevitable. Apparently not with Auten. These guys are that good. I’d never even consider another option in the future. Thank you guys so much!!!

Wow, just Wow!!! Charlee at Kitchen Sales had recommended Will at Summit Painting and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. We wanted to tear out everything, all the counters, a peninsula, and replace 8 windows and a door. The windows changed size, and required tearing down a major portion of the siding, building up the wall, and then replacing the siding. So we were expecting a crew of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, siding folks, painters, dry wallers, and cabinet installers. We expected to be without our kitchen for 2 to 3 months. What we got was Brent. Brent has every one of those skills and over 24 years of experience and was able to completely transform our kitchen in 13 days, and we were able to function in it again! We had to wait for the countertop to be cut after it was templated, then Brent was back to make it PERFECT! Brent had an amazing work ethic, extremely organized, and great attitude. He made sure that we were happy with everything. Brent told us that all Summit folks have full remodeling skills, and if they are all as good as Brent you can’t go wrong!

We became bulwark customers when we bought our first home. We were both used to that being taken care of through renting and didn’t know what was average or what we should be looking for. We tried three services and Bulwark is the best! They are always on time, communicate via text which is great for those of us who work, they always get nests and webs and treat thoroughly, and send pictures if we aren’t home so we know what to be watching for. We never see bugs unless its peak season and if we do, they will come treat in between at no charge. Their products are pet and baby safe. When we bought our new house, moving was easy, they came in the first day to do a service and have come as frequently as needed to get us in a good place because the previous owners did not seem to do pest control. Matt and Dustin are great and trustworthy. We’ve been lucky to have the same two service guys for 5 years but what I do like and appreciate from a service perspective is that Bulwark will send you a photo the day before of who is testing your house so you know who to expect, and I love that safety aspect. They’ve always been so professional and helpful, I personally would not hesitate to leave a key and let them in to do the inside. We do the bimonthly option and it bills in between. We will likely be Bulwark customers for life!

Leanne created a design plan for the back hill - we had serious drainage issues, and some plants obstructing views, others in inappropriate places…her design alone was worth the price of admission.
The Seeds of Change landscaping crew dug through that hard clay like butter; dug the path for water flow, put down TWO layers of fabric and then beautiful large river stones creating our own riverbed for the Knoxville torrential downpours that used to wash the mulch and topsoil down to our deck.
They also replanted the bushes and plants we already had in perfect places. I wish this were a Spring photo, and not end of summer dryness so you could see the effect as dramatically as we know it is.

Carlos and his crew have done 3 jobs for us over the past 5 months and we will ask them to come back for more work this spring. Initially they did a medium-small job, planting 4 trees and digging up and moving a couple shrubs/trees – I’m picky about how trees are planted, and they did a perfect job. They came back for a very small job – planting one small tree. This last job was larger, involving a lot of rock work – and each time they always did a far better job than we hoped for. Carlos is incredibly knowledgeable with years of experience regarding both landscaping and hardscaping. He and his crew have the equipment and manpower to handle things correctly – and they do. But most importantly, Carlos is meticulous, exacting, and conscientious. He and his crew are dedicated to doing the job right. We have always gotten our money’s worth with Carlitos Lawn and Landscaping – on both our small and large jobs. No need to look further, this is who you want for your landscaping/hardscaping needs.
I was out of state for over a month and needed mowing service. Knoxville Mowing came out within an hour of my call to give me an estimate over the phone. They scheduled my service within just a few days. At the end of each service, they took photos to show that the job is complete. Once I arrived at my house, my neighbors thanked me for keeping up the yard while I was away. I highly recommend an Knoxville Mowing for their reliable service!
I needed two large stumps removed on pretty short notice. The owner, Mark Lester, does the work himself, and he did an excellent job. He was very responsive, came out the same day to give me a quote, then fit me into his schedule. He texted me to confirm and showed up when he said he would. He has state-of-the-art equipment and ground the stumps quickly, including chasing the roots, then left the yard tidy and ready to reseed. He was very nice and professional-- 5 star service! He came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to you.
Second time using Hancock Tree Service. Previously for trimming large birch tree limbs off roof. This time taking down large maple tree and stump grinding out front. Excellent timely service and price. Cleaned up all the debris when finished. Would definitely use them again!!!
First Choice provided a very good work crew in taking down a large walnut tree and cleaning up all the large hard fallen seeds. The office staff worked well in getting the crew out to do the work just 5 days after finalizing the work order. First Choice has a fair and very competitive price structure and options for financing, if needed.
Erik and his crew were fantastic and very responsive! Erik came out same day to assess a tree that was struck by lightning, provided an immediate quote, and had his team out the very next morning. Within 24 hours of calling Dave's Tree Service, the tree was safely removed and his team moved and stacked several other logs that had fallen on the property over the years. 5 Stars and I would highly recommend Dave's Tree and Stump Service!!

Every time I come in, everyone is smiling and in a great mood - not just staff, patients too. During my last visit, I had some old cavity fillings fixed. I was informed of what would be happening during the visit, made comfortable with some good country music, and I was asked throughout the procedure if I was doing okay or needed a break. Lauren ensured that the tools were ready to be grabbed by Dr. Birch while ensuring I wasn’t choking on my own saliva. Meanwhile, Dr. Birch quickly and confidently fixed what other dentists had done poorly. Throughout the visit, both of them lit up the room with jokes and laughter while also doing a great job fixing my teeth. The following day, I received a text asking if I was in pain or had any concerns. No pain, no concerns. Coulter Family Dentistry continually provides true patient centered care and I would recommend them to anyone.

The dental assistant Lisa actually noticed and alerted the dentist to a problem not related to the procedure I was having. They both were so gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. (I love they have a bumper guard to help keep your mouth open). Needed a new dentist. Looked up a few stumbled across Knox Valley. They got me set up with a new patient appointment quickly. Traffic on my appointment day was extra(if you know Knoxville) I was right at the 15 min after appointment mark. So I go in upset thinking that I’m going to have to reschedule, but their time was still 15 after. They took my picture and I went straight back. Super nice staff, answer all your questions concerns, and the Doc is nice and very knowledgeable. Showed concern and explained more than any other dentist I’ve had in my almost half a century. Now I’m set to get some long term issues fixed. So glad I’ve found this place on line.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Pozega and his team are very caring, personable and all around wonderful. They remember me and activities our family does and with 6 kids, thats no easy feat. He makes going to the dentist easy. If he retires, I'm just gonna get dentures because I don't want to go anywhere else.

I came in and had a very difficult time standing for more than a minute without pain. Dr Jacob’s and staff have corrected my structural problems. I would highly recommend them from my own experience. They are very honest, professional and flexible to my schedule.
I’ve fought back problems since high school. After an extreme issue this past January, I was tired of trying the medicines and chose to try chiropractic help instead. Since February, I’ve noticed less back pain and more mobility - thanks to Scoles. Now I go once a week and have to be adjusted less and less. Grateful to the doctors at Scoles.

Over four years ago, I went to a dermatologist about a place on my head. She didn’t even check it out to see what was going on. Well we had gotten very large and very uncomfortable so I told my nurse practitioner about it and she set me up an appointment With Griffith dermatology. I went in and they biopsied and it turned out. It was basil cell carcinoma. They treated me so good and were very kind to me and explained everything and the options that I had . All I can say is thank you so much for what you have done. I will be recommending anybody that is looking for a dermatologist to go to them.
This place is incredible!! I would rate them a 10 star if I could. They saved the life of my German Shepherd, Rogue. When I first brought him in, he was running a fever. His infected elbow wounds were killing him. I brought him two to three times per week to get his wounds cleaned and wrapped. His elbows were infected with E. coli staph, and two other bacteria. It took two culture studies to find the right antibiotic to cure his wounds. Laser therapy also contributed to his healing. I had taken Rogue to two other Veterinarians who told me that there was nothing that could be done. I was not ready to put Rogue down. I am so thankful to Dr. Sherry Mellskog who took on the challenge of healing Rogue. Rogue is an aggressive dog and Dr. Sherry found ways to work with him in order to treat his wounds. When she could not be there, Dr. Cooper and Dr. McEnroe saw Rogue and contributed their expertise. They all contributed to Rogue's healing including the Veterinarian Technicians---Jenn, Brooke, Ashian, and Savannah. The office staff also helped Rogue in scheduling his appointments---Tara, Helen, Lynn, and Ashian. I have been to three different Veterinarian Hospitals and this one is the Best! I drive one hour and 40 to 50 minutes to get there. The quality of treatment is worth it! The environment is kind and friendly and they make you feel that your pet is special! I will forever be grateful and thankful to Dr. Sherry's medical treatment that saved Rogue's life! I highly recommend Lovell Animal Hospital!!!
I just moved to the area and was nervous about having to find a new vet for my 2 cats. Booked an appointment with Cedar Bluff and was very impressed. The staff are amazing and made me feel like they really care about my boy’s wellbeing. Also really appreciated that they did everything in the room and didn’t take them to the back for service. The prices were also incredibly reasonable. Did 2 annual exams and got vaccines and it was a little over $300. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I look forward to working with them in the future.
Had a wonderful experience visiting this facility as a new patient parent. From the time I called for information, through the check in call after my pet's visit, the staff has been wonderful. Everyone has been so kind and caring, very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. The facility is very clean and comfortable. If you are given options on clinics, you should absolutely pick Blackford Veterinary Surgery Referral. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Everyone is well educated, kind, and eager to answer questions. They suggested therapy for my golden and I am so thankful I said yes. Go see Dr. Blackford and all of the wonderful staff!
Best vets around, hands down - they really care about your pet and listen to you when you have questions, as well as help explain things so you can make the best decisions possible for your family member. I wouldn't hesitate to see any of the 3 veterinarians at Admiral, but have to really also give extra over the top recognition to Dr. Stephanie Hickey, who has made a point to always try to fit in our high maintenance rescue dogs or my accident prone dobe pack anytime we truly need help - even when they're slammed.
There's a reason I drive well over an hour from my home to their door when I need a vet (and as a professional trainer and longtime rescuer, I'm picky, lol)!! Give them a call - you won't be sorry you did!!
My family's dog, Luna (German Shepherd) has seen three different vets since we got her back in 2021. She's wary of people and was a little bit at first here. However, after about 5 minutes, she grew super comfortable. She wasn't anxious, still a little wary, but did the best she's ever done at a vet office and around other people. I HIGHLY recommend this office.

I have a cat that can get a little crazy when it comes to exams and shots. It’s hard bringing him in any where to get a check up. However, he could not hold food or water down so I brought him in today. The staff was nothing but kind, professional, and informative. Even though my cat was screaming bloody murder. They still did everything they could and more. I’ve brought him to other clinics in the past and most places treat him like a cat they don’t want to deal with. Not this place. I truly appreciate the entire staff for everything! I would highly recommend this place over and over.

Came in with our newly adopted dog due to aggressive bloody diarrhea. Our regular vet was closed. I am so glad we came to Pet Well Clinic in Powell. Not only was each staff member attentive, professional and kind, but they are clearly well organized. Since my dog had a threat of Parvo, they took every precaution to keep the clinic safe but still treated my dog with an abundance of tenderness. I witnessed the same for all other animals in the clinic. They ran all the tests and the vet patiently walked me through all the results. The prices were extremely reasonable and they let you know the costs upfront. This area is very lucky to have such an amazing clinic that is open 7 days a week.
EDIT 2024: ownership changed so I do not know if the below is still true!With it being advertised as a value vet I really didn’t have very high expectations but I needed to get my dog seen today. They accepted an appointment, got him checked out and everyone was so nice, friendly, and thoughtful. I was going to look for a more formal vet office for my pets’ annuals, but I will be going back for regular services.

I came here after my vet located on Clinch Ave. in downtown felt my cat’s needs were not “important” enough to squeeze him in for the next 2.5 days, even after suffering through a horrible and very expensive surgery in the same vein as why I was calling—bad urine, life-threatening in his case. The girl who answered the phone was clearly unaware of what her job entitled. Whatever. Their loss, my gain. I loaded Ed into the car, drove the two minutes to the local PetWellClinic, he was seen IMMEDIATELY BY THE KINDEST PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARED about my pet and my fear for his well-being and all I can say is: thank goodness that awful woman on the phone was just that. Sometimes the worst turns out the best and I have gleefully had all of my cats records transferred to PetWellClinic and won’t look back. Kind, welcoming, human souls working in an environment where not only my pets but I MATTER. THANK YOU, everyone at PetWellClinic!

Susie always does a great job with our Maltese Marty. She's very kind and caring, and is mindful about Marty's anxiety and old age. The environment at Heart to Heart is much less stressful and busy, and she always makes sure Marty is safe while he's there. I love that she only keeps him for his actual groom time, and he doesn't have to spend hours in a kennel waiting for his turn. Wonderful place and highly recommended!

So many yoga studios are flow, flow, flow. Gone are the days of Iyengar. So much focus on the vinyasas and little time or direction on the asanas. Your studios two classes I took were a wonderful blend of vinyasas and asanas and tempered for different needs. Just love your studio. I met Allison by chance when going to a Chiropractor three times a week due to lower back pain. I went to her about a massage and then asked about Pilates. I am so thankful I did. Pilates has strengthened my core which made my lower back pain go away. Now I continue with Pilates as I feel it is the very best exercise for one’s body it has certainly made an amazing improvement in mine.

Tina is a life saver! I’ve been getting deep tissue massage from Tina on a regular basis. My stress level has gone down significantly, I feel so much more connected to my body, and I always leave “massage drunk” in relaxation mode. As someone who spends too many hours hunched over a desk, my shoulders and neck hold most of my stress. Touch of Heart Massage melts that tension and I find I’ sitting differently and more energized. I’m writing this review while traveling because I miss her and need her magic! The massage room is warm, clean, inviting, and you know she really cares about her clients. I have been going to see Jojo for almost 15 years now. She is the best massage therapist in East Tennessee or Southern California!!! She is amazing at customizing your treatment, from massage to now incorporating craniosacral therapy, depending on your symptoms and needs. It took a few days for me to notice the benefits from the craniosacral therapy, and I will need a few more treatments due to my delay in seeking her expertise, but I trust her completely in assisting me to heal. I use this center for physical therapy and chiropractic! Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, they are willing to work with you to figure out what you need and a timeframe that is helpful to your life. I am here almost every week for myself and I usually have to bring my child with me and everyone is always so kind, some even play with her to keep her entertained so I can focus on what I need to do! I recommend this center to so many!
Excellent at releasing pain n discomfort. Courtney is so pleasant and helpful, I adore her and seeing her bright cheerful self when I came in. Waleed was a great therapist and I recommend him to anyone. He was easy to talk too and so helpful in helping me based on what I told him. Everyone their is nice and wonderful and I wish I could mention everyone. Elizabeth has also been a great benefit in teaching me how to do my home exercises.i highly recommend Marino and will come back if I have need of them in the future.

I was misdiagnosed with only a calf strain by an Orthopedic doctor. I was in a lot of pain and decided to try Physio Lab PT. I saw Olivia Rasbornik. She was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. After her assessment, she gave me an exercise for nerve impingement. I was pain free in 3 days. I highly recommend Olivia and Physio Lab PT.
I have had 2 hips and 2 total reverse shoulders replaced. I have had injections in my hand. All 3 doctors were excellent. Dr McDowell, Dr Harris and Dr McCullum.
I have had both knees and shoulders fully replaced at UOS. The outcomes have been far better than my expectations. They will always be my first choice for joint care.
I could barely move my neck before I started therapy with Andy. It had been stiff for so long that I didn’t think it would ever be normal again. I just finished my last appointment today and my neck movement is above average and with no pain. My only regret is that I didn’t go to therapy sooner! I want to thank Andy, Mary Ruth and Jasmine for all of their help. I’m thankful for you guys!
I was there twice for both my knee surgeries and my husband went for his groin injury. Staff are caring, funny and adaptable. Would definitely return next time I need care.

I wouldn't want anyone to have to be in a situation where you need physical therapy, but if you do this is a great location to go. I had the pleasure of working with Caleb and he pushed me to push myself. The entire staff was always pleasant and kind.
Cameron, Patrick, and team were fantastic. They worked with me to understand my injury and helped me tremendously to restore my mobility. I highly recommend for PT! They offer early AM or after 5pm appointments which was really helpful with my work schedule.
Marissa is the best Physical Therapist I’ve ever had!!! After 2 ACL reconstructions on the same knee (one in the 90’s and one in the early 2000’s), I decided to have a total knee replacement. Marissa is very knowledgeable and pushes me everyday to improve. I feel very fortunate to have found her during my recovery.
Kramer Physical therapy is definitely top-notch! Treatment from the first visit was such a life saving blessing for me! I had been receiving gastrointestinal medical expertise for over two years for constipation with no permanent fix.Very quickly my therapist identified the problem as being caused by a 3 inch discrepancy in the lengths of my femur bones which kept my pelvis out of alignment , resulting in the inability or extreme difficulty of using the bathroom without pain. The Therapist designed exercises and and an elevated shoe insert were exactly what I needed Therapy continued for 6-9 months while relief began after the first visit.! My quality of life has been greatly enhanced! I am forever grateful to all the staff at Kramer Physical Therapy.

For slackers, they just don't allow you to take the one on one driving lessons until all work is turned in. The same principle holds true for children on the spectrum. We needed the extra time, which they granted and allowed us to take the last day of class later to ensure work was complete as the scenario was causing a massive panic attack/ meltdown right before the last class and we needed to leave. I am grateful for their understanding as I was afraid my money and time were wasted. I originally left 4 stars because I was gaslit by one of the teachers when I brought this entire subject up - blamed for not knowing ahead of time about the heavy homework load, and not taking the time to hear what I was saying. It still makes me angry when I think about it. The owners and other employees were far more gracious. I am assuming this was a learning experience for the teacher and future parents of special needs kids will not have this problem.
Thanks to Drive-Rite for their driving course! Their flexibility in scheduling allowed our daughter to complete the course work during times that fit her schedule. She said the instructors were personable and informative. We appreciated Craig's time on the road driving portion of the program, reviewing various driving situations on and off the interstate.
