Dan has now done 2 properties for me. First of all I like that he encourages participation from the buyer. For the home inspection on my latest house, Dan and I spent 3 hours going over things and then he sent me an 81 page report. Thorough, professional, detailed and knowledgeable. If you need a home inspection, I can't recommend a better person than Dan.
We had an issue at work and called at 6:30pm Thursday night and we had someone there and the issue fixed by 10:00 am Friday morning! Super friendly and amazing service! Will definitely keep the information for anyone asking for a plumbing service.
Good people!!! It was late in the day when my garage door cables snapped and I couldn't get my door up. I gave them a call and they made a special trip at an unreasonable hour just to get me set up and I was set on them just taking tension off of the spring so I could get the door up and down. They completely replaced cables and all and had me going in less than 20 minutes. They went above and beyond and the price couldn't be matched. Super affordable and very professional. I will definitely be having them back in the future to update my garage doors. Definitely a 6 star review on a 5 star scale!!!
