The company has HVAC service technicians available to service and maintain any brand, and sells and installs Trane, Rheem, and Mitsubishi brands. Central City is known for being on time and quick to respond to customers' questions. Technicians are courteous, professional, and explain everything in detail. They do not use gimmicks and only recommend necessary services. Customers praise the company's prompt and efficient service, and recommend Central City to others. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with after-hours assistance available for emergencies.
