Robert was great, He was quick to respond when I first called. He worked for a few days to get our unit working, and was able to save us money with his quick thinking. Our unit was quite a mess but he figured it out and made sure all was working properly, answered any and all questions, and followed up to make sure it Stayed working. We found out on Saturday evening that our a/c stopped working. I called a lot of repairmen, most told me they wouldn't come out til Monday, others were just rude, then Robert called me back. He was at my house within 20 min and had my air working again about 25 min after he started on it. Very quick but also very knowledgeable and he wasn't that expensive. I really expected to pay more since it was a weekend but he said it was always the same rate for locals. Robert is very reliable and great at what he does, overall 10 of 10 and i will be using him again if needed but I will recommend him to everyone.Service: HVAC system repair

I had the squirrel cage fan explode on my Trane unit. I called Trocsch HVAC at the worst possible time "during dinner" Robert took my call and rushed his dinner just to help me out! Talk about going above and beyond! He was able to help me within 30 mins! Not only did he help to fix the problem he was extremely knowledgeable and taught me about HVAC. I would recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC problems! The generosity shown to me and my family was beyond what any other person would show or do, its so hard to find people willing to help in the way they did!Thank you from my family!
