First visit to Waldrop and he figured out the issue and solved it. She's been healthy for about 5 years now.“

“Even though I was early the receptionist let me go into one of the rooms so that I can let my babies out of their crates to free roam a little, and so that I can get my small baby (Isabo) to calm down as she was terrified. My big baby (Mageia) wasn’t feeling good and the vet was very thorough on trying to figure out what was going on and explained everything to me. The staff treated Mageia and Isabo with such kindness, care, and patience that meant the world to me.“

“Been coming here for over 30 years Dr McCormick is absolutely wonderful he saved the life of my precious Snickers who fell out of a tree and it required him to actually take his organs out of his body and then putting them back in so my little cat could breathe normally again so I was able to have him for a wonderful 8 years I will never forget that experience.“

“The only veterinarian we use for our cats and dog. We had an older dog that was very ill and Dr Benner was so gentle with her. He gave us many options and didn't try to sell us on things that wouldn't help. When she finally could no longer sustain life, the entire staff was so respectful and sensitive to our feelings. Before finding it I called several places in Nashville and was quoted at over $400+ for spay treatment but Pet Community Center does it for $80... wow!! Everyone there is so friendly and they were very attentive and helpful through emails, drop off and pick up. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!“

“I went here for the first time today and was immediately impressed. The interior itself is very open and spacious which was welcoming as other vets I've been to were quite small and crowded which was stressful for both me and my dog. I was greeted and checked in then brought into an open clean exam room with two windows, which my dog loved. Everyone there was so nice and friendly, and they worked with my budget and offered me discounts and samples. It was so refreshing to have the focus spent on my dog's wellbeing and to not be hit with hidden fees or to leave with an enormous cost at the end. They also answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed. I'm definitely going to continue to come here and I would encourage others to check it out!“

“Our elder dog required an emergency surgery to remove a foreign object from his stomach. Dr. Dixon, his surgeon, receptionist and techs stayed three hours after closing on a Friday to be able to perform this life-saving procedure rather than transferring us downtown (extremely expensive), which they could have easily and understandably done. They were transparent about fees and risks, and I appreciated the gentleness with which they honestly conveyed the facts. I highly recommend the team and clinic! Thank you for your care of our baby!“

“I took my foster dog Lady to Dr. Butler today. At first I was a little concerned that he was the only one there and the building was a bit dated. Three minutes into our conversation and I was at total ease. He is an old school vet that does things the old fashioned right way. They only accept cash or checks to stay away from credit card charges. I felt likenI stepped back in time between his super sweet demeanor and way of doing things. He is a rare find and I pray I get to foster many more dogs to have him care for.“
