We were referred to Daniel Barton and Home Spec Inc. by the real estate agent of the home we were interested in. As we currently live six hours away, we were unable to be present for the home inspection, but it is safe to say Daniel was truly our eyes and ears, and we were confident he had our best interest at heart. We got the privilege to work with Daniel and Tom during 2 recent home inspections. They were extremely thorough and took really good care of us. It’s also nice to see really friendly faces. They made themselves available whenever we needed it. Would recommend them to anyone and will use their services in the future.

The team at Home Spec did an amazing job! They were extremely thorough and timely during the inspection. They also went out of their way to insure our inspection took place before our deadline passed. Daniel did a great job informing us his findings, as well as informing of us potential options for improvement(s). The inspection report itself was easy to read and provided many resource’s throughout. We were sent the results the same day, despite the inspection ending later in the evening. The pricing was also extremely reasonable for such a thorough report, with many additional add ons.
