These guys are the real deal. They have always been so incredibly helpful and I’ve used them several times. Their rates are very affordable and their service is absolutely top-tier.
Dan has now done 2 properties for me. First of all I like that he encourages participation from the buyer. For the home inspection on my latest house, Dan and I spent 3 hours going over things and then he sent me an 81 page report. Thorough, professional, detailed and knowledgeable. If you need a home inspection, I can't recommend a better person than Dan.
