“I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home. I expected to make an appointment the following week but they said they would come out then. They arrived at 8:30 and diagnosed the problem and tracked down the needed replacement part and had my system working again by 11am For a total cost of $400!!! “I cannot compliment these guys enough. Our AC went out on Friday evening, before Labor Day weekend. I emailed them to see if they do weekend calls. I got an email immediately back from Angela saying that they didn’t do calls on a holiday weekend, but have times on Tuesday. While we were sweating most of the time, I was appreciated that they responded and were able to stop at our place the next day they were open (usually, it isn’t until the end of the week).Roger and Bobby came out and got right to work. They explained that the unit needed to be cleaned so it could run more efficiently, and they re-filled the Freon. They were quick efficient and explained a lot of the details they were working on.I highly recommend them and would call them back immediately for maintenance or to fix our unit.“
