We have used Eldridge since 2017 and we have really liked their service. Their advice around our home has been very useful and I highly recommend their service plan with a new unit. It has helped us twice already and the service technicians are always friendly and reliable. I also want to say that the lady that answers the phone is the sweetest lady. She is always polite and helpful. Their customer service is above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!!!

Coleby visited us today for our semi-annual check and cleanup of our AC/heat pump unit, as well as our mini-split unit.As usual, he was invested and intuned to our system and found a couple things that needed a little extra TLC.As usual, very thorough, professional and ‘not in a hurry’ to get to his next appt.Thanks for the great service!
