Reality specialists for Westhaven subdivision
Great service but you might get a better deal on reality sales commission from other realtors on resale homes, but for a new build this is where you have to go!!
I visited the Westhaven Realty office and model homes a few weeks ago. I was very impressed by their customer service, responsiveness and the hand written note I received in the mail afterwards. I have visited other new construction neighborhoods in Nashville and Williamson County. Nothing compares to Westhaven. I hope to make this my home in the coming months.
Inept or unethical, I will let you decide. On Tuesday February 4th I met with Lisa Cahalan of Westhaven Reality to discuss the purchase of a townhouse being built by Ford Classic Homes. We discussed a few changes and the overall terms. Our agent and Ms Cahalan agreed to Terms on Friday February 7th. The initial digital contract sent on Feb 8th did not contain all of the agreed changes. Verbally, Ms Cahalan agreed to send another version with the changes. On Sunday February 9th I dropped off the agree down payment at 1:17pm, the changes to the contract were still not ready at that time.
