We had a great experience with Adam Helton when we sold our house in November. We knew he was a fine Christian young man, but his handling of our sale was above and beyond his responsibilities. Since we had moved out of state, he made sure everything was fine with our property and directed us with the things we needed to do, since we would not be present at the closing. Everything ran smoothly except at closing, when there were a few technical problems, but Adam directed us efficiently and all went well. We knew he was a fine man and he certainly acted according to his reputation. We would recommend him to anyone.

Adam Helton is a superior realtor. He's friendly, knowledgeable, laid back, a great listener, and ethical. In the process of moving to Nashville, we used him as our realtor to find a new home and expected it would take weeks, maybe months. However, after listening to what we wanted, he selected 3 homes to show us and one was the perfect home for us. We sat down with Adam to craft the offer, and it was accepted that same evening. Adam was wonderful to work with in every way.
