Top Tier Lash Artist! It does not get better than Lacey. Period!!! Not only will she make you look absolutely STUNNING, but she is THE NICEST person, I have ever met. Run, don't walk to have her do your lashes. She's busy, but worth it to get on her regular schedule. :)
