I'm not fussy with my hair, and I always get a quality cut here. However the last couple of times, it seems the staff has gotten smaller and the wait times have gotten worse (even on weak days) while the price for a normal, simple haircut has steadily gone up. I don't mind waiting too much but it's gotten ridiculous. It's like they can't keep people here or something.

The Ladies here are nice but I’ve been 4 times and I’ve asked for the same thing, a mid fade that I want my hair faded down from the middle of my head and each and every time they buzz the side of my head all the way to the very top. It’s a simple military haircut, sports clips is partnered with military programs, either learn how to do it or tell me you can’t and stop ruining my hair and my month.Service: Haircut

I registered on line and was instructed to arrive at 3:23 pm. I arrive at 3:10 and was informed that I still have a wait of 1 hr 3 minutes. When I questioned as to why, they just asked me if I wanted them to remove me from the list. I left and will never return. Better fix their on-line appointments.Service: Haircut
