Terrible service. They didn't fix our dryer because he couldn't tell what was wrong with it even though it stops working mid-cycle and then charged us $139 just to look at it.

Just had Kevin Grace out to my house to repair a 1.5 yo LG fridge, First thing was he trashed LG refrigerators - "bottom of the barrel" I believe were his words. Second, he told me I needed to defrost it it after I told him I had already done so for +16 hrs. Lastly, he quoted me $700 for a part he said was out of stock that I can I can find available online $183.16. If you need appliance repair look elsewhere - I just paid a $150 to have somebody trash my buying decision and leave.

I wish we had taken the time to check out this company before we asked him to fix our washing machine. His service call is $139.00 which is much higher than most reputable appliance repair companies. He told me that fee would be applied to the repair if he did the work. The washer needed a spin switch,(I found out after he left this is not an expensive part). He was here less than 30 minutes and charged $279.95. My receipt did not break down his hourly rate or the price of my part - just the total amount due. I called him back to ask for a breakdown on the parts and labor and was told he uses the "flat rate" system, and he didn't know the price of the part.. I won't be calling this company again if we need any appliances fixed. His company name on the truck was Appliance Doctor - We called what was suppose to be a Mt. Juliet Appliance company - got Kevin Grace??? others have posted similar experience. I would not even give him 1 star...
