Very professional service! I came in needing to computer fans replaced for my ASUS computer. The job was complete by the next day with a phone call + text to let us know that it was ready. I would highly recommend them.

27-April-2024, Great service and technicians. Urgently needing my phone working after cracking the screen and LCD screen, their customer service was fantastic. With proper time, the team was able to service my phone and get it back to me the same day. I've used this services twice. Both times resulted in great service.

Highly recommend Asurion's UBreakIFix for your tech repair needs. My Google Pixel Fold had some screen issues but luckily it was still under Google's 1-year warranty (phew!). UBeakIFix repaired my phone in one day --- I dropped it off on my way to work in the morning and picked it up on the way home that same day. It was quick and efficient. They also had the replacement parts in the shop, so there was no wait time for parts to arrive. Both the Customer Service Agents I engaged with were highly knowledgable, very friendly and totally understanding of my needs. Very, very happy with this repair experience !!!
