The signs for pricing I found to be misleading. Even on the website, before you log in, the price varies from the price stated upon creating an account.

I think it would be helpful if staff would ask if we have any questions about pricing, or just simply show us what the current prices are once we stayed with services we are interested in.

I cannot justify paying the price that I paid for these lashes, which cost me more than to get my hair bleached. So I reached out to one of the employees assuming that the price I was charged was an error;. I think because they are a younger generation, The concept of the customer being right or making it right for the customer is not necessarily within their mind.

Yes, I am thankful that they gave me a discount for being a veteran; however, it doesn’t cover the damage from what I feel, which is deceived; furthermore, the associate assured me she would give me an additional nine dollars refund.

And I’m looking at my bank statement. I do not see a reflection of her suggestion.
