Dr. Rachel is so thorough with her patients. I’ve been seeing her for many years now. She makes people feel valuable and cared for. I even took my 9 year old son and she let him ask all the questions and helped him feel comfortable for his appointment as well ?

Our family has gone here for the last 10 years. Wonderful people & a caring staff that is knowledgeable. They will take time to be sure you understand what's going on and give you time to ask any questions. (I saw the 11 year old post below about wait time. In all these years, that has only happened once. It was when she accepted an emergency appointment & the other eye dr was out. That is part of what makes this office exceptional, they work you in if you have an issue.)

Great experience. Was skeptical going to an optometrist at Wal Mart. However, they do a wonderful job and are very attentive. Have been back twice now and enjoyed my experience each time. Highly recommend.
