My experience with MyEyeDr has been great! The friendly staff and Dr. Conway provided superb service before, during, and after my eye exam. My recent visit was the second time I used this business for my contact lens fitting. I was more than pleased with their management of my exam and ordering process. I know I will receive my contact lenses in a timely manner, as I did last year.

Last minute change of eye doctors for convenience, and it was the greatest decision I have made in a long time! Dawna, the GM, really took the time to get to know me personally in the short time we spent together and she worked amazingly with Janie at the front desk. Dr. Conway was incredibly thorough and got.menin and out in a jiffy. This is by far the best eye doctor experience I have ever had!

The automated reminder to make an appointment was received a couple of weeks before I was actually insurance qualified for exam and new glasses. The office staff was able to reschedule to an alternate date. Once I was able to be seen the staff realized my insurance (which had changed due to Fedex switching to a new carrier) would not cover new frames because the wrong information had been imputed on the insurance side.They knew I had been without my glasses for 6 months due to a frame breakage so the office extended a substantial discount so I would be able to get new glasses.That was above and beyond anything they were required to do and I appreciate it immensely!!Go...read full review
