In April 2024 I had a great haircut from Kelly. She is an easygoing stylist who really knows her stuff. I don't think I have the easiest hair to cut: the sides are straight and the back had a lot of wave and body. Always a challenge for stylists. She did a great job, and I am still getting compliments several months later. I recommend her for cuts without hesitation.
Sam was awesome and took his time doing my nails. I received a toe polish change and gel overlay on my nails. Great customer service!

The ladies were super nice. I needed 10 pairs of pants hemmed in a short window, and they were able to get the job done on time. I was late leaving work to pickup my pants, and the ladies stayed open for me. I am one of those people who think customer service is dead, but the customer service I received was exemplary
I took my dog for a grooming appointment. Blake noticed my dog might have an ear infection. He advised me to take him to the vet before getting him groomed. Sure enough, my dog has a bacterial infection in his ear. Thanks Blake! I’ll be back in a couple weeks after his ear has healed.
Your Window Guy was easy to work with and very professional. We replaced 4 double hung windows and are very pleased with the quality of work that was done. They came out to our home, gave us a competitive estimate, and did a great job communicating when we could expect the new windows to arrive. She was professional, attentive, answered all of my questions, and met all of my design requests. She was a great partner on this project.

I like Fantastic Sam’s. I usually give them a quick call to see how busy they are, then get the whole works done by Linda. Cut, coloring with highlights, or coloring with both low lights and high lights, wash and conditioning. Blow dry and style.
Requested style: A blunt Bob, my hair is thinning from surgeries and is now, and always was, baby fine but I had an adequate amt. in my younger days. I wore my hair very short as a nurse but now I am retired and wearing it longer with bangs still. I get the works done!

I am fairly new to the area and in search of a new nails shop that delivers quality and diverse designs. I came across this location by searching online. It's located in a small plaza so you will miss it easily if you are driving by. I was seen by Rosie and she took her time with me and asked if I was okay throughout the service. I would suggest making an appointment considering I need a last minute squeeze in slot. The team is nice and they have a great open space. It is not cramped like some other locations I have been into. Very clean space and the techs take their time which may be the reason for their long wait time.

Really happy and satisfied with all of the services I have received at Mary Queen Nails!! My first visit was so amazing, I haven’t tried a new nail shop since!!! ***the picture is two weeks after a dip refill. Nonetheless I have no complaints, these aremy real nails minus a tip or two!! I called this morning for an appointment at lunch and they said to be there at 12:30. I got there on time and they immediately got me to a station and started on my nails. There were 4 other customers there getting nails done as well.My nails look so GOOD! I love them and I hate to say, but they look much better than when I go to my "regular" nail place. When i first moved to Memphis, I went to over 10 different nail salons because I could not find one that I wanted to consistently return to, until I came here! NyNy is the absolute best, always willing to do anything you bring to her, and makes everyone feel special and welcomed. I have been coming here for a year now, and don’t ever want to go anywhere else.

My favorite nail tech Kim moved to this nail shop a few months ago. I have followed her there and drive from East Memphis. My nails are always perfect. Totally worth driving 25 minutes.
Mary did an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair. Mary gave me a new fresh hair cut and matched my color perfectly. I love it!The staff is very friendly too. The prices for hair services is not over price. Very reasonable. I also appreciate the relaxing environment. I am so happy to find a new place and new master hair stylist.

I cannot review Witham Plumbing as I elected to go a different direction. Mr. Witham had a fair price and was very nice. I will use his service in the future. In this instance another service edged him out for the main water line replacement I had to get done.
Great services from office staff over phone to plumber who came out. Garrett is very friendly but most importantly knows his stuff, explains everything and is thorough and meticulous with his work. Prices are reasonable and they don't give vibe of trying to charge for more than what is needed. They came out twice in last few months for different issues that in my opinion appear to be caused by another plumbing company I previously used where the other company's work didn't hold up and needed repair again. Both times service was exceptional. I also have a coworker who referred me to Johnson Plumbing and mention similar great experiences.
Banks Electric has done multiple projects for us and most recently installed a Generac generator for our home. They were always on time, professional and got the job done much faster than we imagined. We had an estimate from someone else that was $5,000 higher for the exact same job! Kurt and his team did us a solid. The were able to come in, on short notice, and clean up a mess left by a previous tenant. They pull permits, are on time, on schedule(if not ahead), were under budget, and easy to work with. I will call them every time I need electrical issues solved!
The team at 901 Floors is incredible. After an insurance claim, I went into the store to look. They were extremely helpful, never pushy, and explained to me the differences of each type of floor. Although, they didn’t do the install, my contractor was able to buy the flooring from them, and I couldn’t be happier.

The dentist I saw was amazing. The kindest most gentle dentist I have ever been to. Last minute appointment on a Sunday. I’m from out of state it was an emergency appointment.

I went to this dentist from when I was 12 years old to 22. Now as an adult who has moved states 3 times in the past 3 years, and thus had to find a new dentist 3 times, I can say with 100% certainty - THAMES FAMILY DENTISTRY IS AN ABSOLUTE JEWEL. I miss this dentist office every time I go to a new place and receive sub-par care for an extremely high price.

I will never ever forget the one time I had cavities and had to have them filled. It was my first time ever having cavities and I cried and cried and cried during the filling. The dental hygienist literally held my hand and patted my tears from my eyes while the dentist verbally encouraged me while he worked. I don't think I'll ever find a dentist office as amazing as this one. Thank you guys so much for all you do! I miss y'all! LOL

Dr. Fredericks and his team are amazing. He took his time to explain the x-ray results in detail. Talked me through the process and answered all my questions and concerns. Almost two decades of lower back pain and discomfort is slowing fading away. Even the ringing in my ear is manageable on most days now (before it was complete nightmare). I'm only about a third of way into my treatment plan and it's been amazing how my quality of life has improved. My only regret is not going in sooner.
I can’t recommend Dr. Carr enough. He’s excellent at what he does, and explains the process in a way that’s very easy to understand. He’s kind, and his staff is great!

Barry Kelton is GREAT Years of constant back and hip pain is a thing of the past. Dr. Kelton listened to what I told him what my issues were. He was genuinely concerned and went to work developing a plan that be best for me. He continued to work keeping my body adjusted and making sure things kept getting better.
