Did a great job of helping us pick out the right rug. Also helped us with our new floors. Made sure we were taking care of. He kept in touch with our project and made sure everything was done to our liking.
Michael knew exactly what we needed and he made sure that everything with our floors and rug was taken care of. He kept in touch and made sure any concerns that we had were addressed.
We bought a beautiful rug here a few years ago and after a new puppy, figured it needed cleaning. They picked up and delivered (way out to Mississippi!) and the rug was so nice and clean (could compare it to the tiny similar one that we had in front of the backdoor that we did not have cleaned). Would recommend Fara Oriental Rugs!
