The Pristinely Polished team came and cleaned our childcare center and did a fantastic job!! We have a large center with several large classrooms and they came in and cleaned every inch of the rooms and main lobby spaces! The floors looked so good, the bathrooms were sparkling, and it smelled so fresh and clean! The ladies whole cake were efficient and did great work! They paid attention to detail and made me feel so great about the work that was done. Commercial cleaning can be hard and “tricky” to tackle but these ladies did great! Joslyn ALWAYS does a great job. My husband has become a regular with her and if she has no availability he waits. We were new to Cleveland last year when he booked his first appointment after another shop messed him up pretty bad. She got him all fixed up, and left feeling good.
She is more than a professional barber, she is a wonderful person all the way around. I was going through a tough time in life with the loss of one of my twins and she got involved. Gave comforting words and helped me to feel like I wouldn’t be alone in it. Now we bring in our surviving twin and she absolutely loves her. Baby gets cuddles, dad gets pampered and I get a stress free break knowing my whole family is taken care of. I’ve even had her cut my long hair and repair post pregnancy damage.
She’s truly been a blessing and we won’t trust our family in the hands of anyone else.

This is my favorite and absolute best nail salon and they do amazing eyebrow wax. I’ve tried several and I literally fly home to get my nails done because they are so good. I use gel on toes, get the royal treatment and dip in nails. They can do extensions and remember to tip and treat well. They are very professional and kind.

This was my first time at Zen Nails. I am new to Cleveland by way of Ft Lauderdale. I read the reviews first before choosing a nail salon. I am a bit particular when it comes to my nails due to multiple horror stories with nail technicians especially when applying SNS dip.
David was very friendly and professional. He did my nails as I expected and helped me choose a fashionable color, he even did a design. I am very pleased, he made my old wrinkled hands look nice. I will return and hopefully I will be using Zen as my local nail salon.

Been having pedicures for many years, but I have to say Chenoa gave me absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had! She takes her time, massaging your legs, feet and even your toes, and I’m talking a real massage. When I left there, I felt like I had new legs and feet and was walking on air. Had just had my hair done by Issha(every 4 weeks) and so glad I decided to get my pedicure with Chenoa. I came in from out of town to attend a wedding. Finding an appointment was difficult on this particular April Saturday. I found one here with Isabelle. She was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I told her how I wanted my hair styled & she complied with the exact parameters I had described. Ladies, we all know that is a rarity!! She did a fabulous job & it was a reasonable price. The shop was clean & bright, the location was convenient & the personel were all friendly. Dr. Carson has been my family's dentist for 12 years. My 3 children have never been afraid to get their teeth cleaned because the hygienists are so friendly and good at their jobs. I had braces when I was a teen, but like many people, I didn't wear my retainer like I was supposed to. I had a gap in my teeth that I hated, but Dr. Carson fixed it with cosmetic dentistry. He also improved my husband's smile. The before/after pics are amazing. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have to say how completely amazing Dr Ramsey and Stacey are! This office absolutely excels in patient care and experience. From the very beginning I was offered a blanket (room was cold lol) and they took their time assuring me each time that I was doing great asking if I was ok several times. Then at the end of my procedure stating I can’t eat for an hour offered me a smoothie to take with me! Wow! That was awesome even though it was very cold outside Truly though, being new here and needing to find a dentist quick, they are a gift and I highly recommend them as well as considering them my dentist

What I mean by this is that the Drs at The Joint Chiropractic next to Publix in Hixson TN have always been attentive to your issues as well as mentioning other issues that they have noticed to bring attention to, to fix and make your life enjoyable again. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Ryan are my favorites because they treat you as a person and are enjoyable to be around in addition to the service they provide. I would say 5 Stars+. Sydne was very attentive to my issues as a receptionist and provided feedback to the company to better the experiences of the customer as well as having a great memory for who customers were and keeping everyone happy and the business flowing. Definitely someone that the company should look into promoting and teaching others how to conduct customer service. I have not seen a place so well rounded for years in excellent customer service and am grateful they are in my neighborhood, thank you!

I had my first experience with Dr Lee B. He dehorned my goat, Jean. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and for that reason I highly recommend. The staff have all been so kind. My in-laws used his dad for horses and referred me there. I’ll keep using this vet in the future!
So grateful for this place. They see pet chickens which is amazing. I’ve also taken my cat here. They are super knowledgeable and I always leave feeling great about the experience.
Community animal hospital is wonderful! The staff is very helpful and answer any questions you have . I took my cat there after he got really sick after our normal vet wouldn’t see him. They took him right now and when I went to pick him up the vet went over everything with me . When I took him back for a check up and I told them he wasn’t eating they gave me suggestions to get him to start eating . I will definitely will be bringing my fur babies here !
Bradley vet treats your pet like family. They are truly the best vets and kindest people.

We had Cafe Roma cater our daughters wedding at Black Fox Farms. Words cannot express how thrilled we were with their service. The staff were professional and friendly and went over and above. I have used different physical therapys in Cleveland and I will be having to use physical therapy for a while and I won't dare go anywhere else. I use Fox for my therapy and I couldn't be happier and he is so good about listening and seeing what is working and want isn't. I thank God for blessing me with them in my life. Kiley Rose is certainly a professional physical therapist.She is very skilled
effective and efficient.But more than that she is caring and compassionate and she listens.By her perception she was able to immediately put me at ease in an environment where I am not due to anxiety.She has helped me to acquire a level of healing that other health professionals did not.She has not only helped me in our sessions but has taught me and given me the desire to continue at home with self sessions.And yes Kiley I’m working on my posture.
