girl aren’t tanning beds supposed to be relaxing? the whole time i was laying (20 mins) i was surrounded by vacuuming sounds and the loudest buzzing ive ever heard in my life! still love this place though so it’s okay

Started coming to this location after having several issues at the Ooltewah store. I have never had any problems at this location. All the girls are very sweet and kind and very helpful. I have witnessed several incidents with irate guest over stupid things and never once did either of the ladies working get out of hand even when they probably should have. They are always busy working and never just standing around.

Fantastic customer service!! I had a few minor issues and all were 100 percent resolved seamlessly. You won’t find a better, cleaner, tanning salon with better customer service than Sun Tan City. Rather, you may never find a business at all, tanning or not, with better customer service and the willingness to work with their clients than Sun Tan City. As always, STC exceeded my expectations and is pleasure to tan with.Services: Spray tanning
