“We were dealing with our anxious pup before appointments, trying to get him on the right meds to be calm enough to be seen, and Ms Liz was instrumental in the success of that! She is very compassionate and understanding just like the rest of the staff. But Liz has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs and the needs of our dog are met. We feel heard and comfortable at Tiny Town Animal clinic. Thank you for all you do!“

“Family Pet Hospital and the Burchett’s are wonderful! We received a stray cat from friends in hoping that she would be a perfect lap cat for our son, who was paralyzed in a horrific vehicle accident. His cat he named Chewy, has been so perfect and precious in every way for him and our family. Truly a gift from Heaven. The Burchett’s took such amazing care to help us get her spay and vaccinated. We are so grateful and thankful! They are the best! ❤️ ??“

“As good of an experience as you can have in a family emergency! I personally think the pricing was fair we stayed $100 under our $700 deposit for tons of medicine, emergency care, and someone to sit right next to our Rooter the entire time he was back there and went home with medicine as well, yes $700 is a lot of money but I feel that we received $700 worth of treatment I feel this is not near outrageous for an emergency vet especially this one! Once he was stable they gave me options for treatment costs I thought this was nice and made me feel like they were genuine with all of the expenses we faced! Aside from the care for my Rooter they also cared about us and made efforts to take the stress off of us as we waited! They had nice bathrooms, very helpful and were super accommodating, the receptionist was wonderful she let me use her phone charger, and chatted with me, she was very light hearted and it helped me calm down she acted like she knew everything was gonna be ok and it made me feel so assured! I also spoke to another lady who I didn’t catch her name and I’m not sure of her job position as she was just helping me because the receptionist went on her break but she was lovely to, she had to let me in and out multiple times and gave me some trash bags so I could clean out our car after the trip there! I had multiple nurses come out to update me so I wasn’t sitting there jumping to conclusions or getting worked up! I also loved the doctor I like that she was in there just as much as the nurses, although I can only see what is available to me it seemed like she was constantly in and out and super busy, which a lot of doctors I see in the vets and even human care just boss around nurses and relay information, i understand that an important part of the doctors job is relaying information to the owners but I prefer how she put actually taking care of the dogs first before leaving them to come talk to us I don’t mind waiting all day when I know that it is because she is busy doing more important things! I always prefer the doctors who are hands on as our primary vet is also a hands on doctor so the fact that she was so busy she was running around honestly made me feel happy knowing that she was super involved with my little Rooter! A big thing to is when you see doctors working side by side with the nurses that also means that the nurses are well conditioned enough to not need to be micromanaged and independently work alongside the doctors! My Rooter was there for ingesting something toxic in the trash him and his sister (Monkey) both got into although his sissy did not ingest the toxic item we still weren’t 100% sure at the time and only knew she wasn’t sick like him so we rushed Rooter to the hospital and as soon as we got him there my husband rushed right back to go check on Monkey we wanted to be together as a family during this time and the receptionist encouraged that we bring his sister in! I thought this was awesome of them it made us feel so much better all being together and not only did they allow her to be there but his sissy is so hyper and high maintenance and the doctor loved on her and didn’t get annoyed or frustrated or anything this took a lot of stress off of us to because I was able to just listen to what she had to say about my little baby Rooter and not have to constantly reprimand and fuss at his sissy! I also like the way that they waited just enough time for my Rooter to get better to send a message asking to leave a review this is super smart because I don’t know if I would have been able to bring myself to leave a review if my Rooter wasn’t fully recovered mainly because I didn’t want to remember that night but now that I know he’s going to be ok I have no problem readdressing for this review! I 10/10 recommend this emergency vet, in fact I like the staff there better than the staff at our regular vet!? Just not more than our little blonde nurse or regular doctor lol! We were there through the night of Wednesday the 17th and the morning of Thursday the 18th this April! Rooter x3 Monkey x1“

“I had a wonderful experience with this Vet. The entire staff took great care of my baby boy Deebo, and was very communicative. He had a quick surgery to repair his nail and it healed beautifully. He did not show signs of pain and you could tell he trusted everyone involved.“
