As good of an experience as you can have in a family emergency! I personally think the pricing was fair we stayed $100 under our $700 deposit for tons of medicine, emergency care, and someone to sit right next to our Rooter the entire time he was back there and went home with medicine as well, yes $700 is a lot of money but I feel that we received $700 worth of treatment I feel this is not near outrageous for an emergency vet especially this one! Once he was stable they gave me options for treatment costs I thought this was nice and made me feel like they were genuine with all of the expenses we faced! We have taken my dog there twice within the last week. I was very impressed with how much the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable while we waited, including offering my son and myself a blanket if we were cold. I really appreciate their procedures of having the family wait at home until they're ready for you, taking you right back into the room, and monitoring the pet in the back while you're waiting. I also really appreciated being able to bring my dog back in within 48 hours and not needing to pay the exam fee again. We will definitely go here again if we need emergency services for my dog again.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable! The receptionist goes over and beyond to be helpful and comforting! They are blessed to have her working!Even though my baby is very ill they were very helpful.
