“I'm a home warranty customer so tbh Air Essentials wasn't my go to( because i didnt know of them) when we realized our system just isn't working and we need help, long story short home warranty company sent Air Essentials, they were booked, weather is bad, now I'm stressed because my house is freezing and it's looking like DAYS before we get help, amazingly they were able to come out within a few hrs, Brett showed up Mid evening, greeted my young adult son with respect( I'm a night shifter, so was asleep) and went to work, within a short time, problem discovered and heat restored, I'd awoken by this time and again was greeted politely and respectfully, problem was explained in detail among a few other things. And off he went leaving us with a house that was quickly warming!So as much as I'm not a fan of the home warranty processes it worked out and I'm very happy, Brett showed up same day, in the cold and worked in the dark to get our heat restored!Deserves his Great Review because he earned it!Thank You!!“

“Pro N Stall worked well with our Home Warranty company and remained flexible to suit our needs and our schedule. They kept us informed throughout the whole process to get our replacement system up and running as soon as they could in the summer heat. I do recommend them and would hire them again, but do ask for future jobs, to please collect or throw away the no longer needed panel screws, small extra items (trash) at the end from the HVAC unit that was removed.“
