Our heat unit went out during a cold blast of weather and these guy wasted no time making sure to fix the problem. Big thank you to DOC heating and cooling and huge thank you to Mike and Chad for fixing the unit in a timely manner.
Mike and Chad are phenomenal!!! Professional and technically competent. Dedicated to spend a whole day working to replace a defective system. And it was freezing outside. Super guys!! Call them if you want quality service by the experts.
Called the company and a technician came out the next day. When Mike arrived, he was very professional and polite. Even though he was an installer, he was very knowledgeable. And explained everything he was doing. Now my air is working and I will be continuing to use this company for regular maintenance. Thank you for great honest service!
