I recently had to call Baggett because my air went out around 8:30 pm in the evening. I was in a panic because I have a newborn and 3 year old and it was quickly warming up inside given the July heat! I called them at 8:36 pm in the evening, not even knowing if they could help me that late. Come to find out they have 24/7 technicians. The tech arrived at my house within 30 minutes and had it fixed before 10 pm that evening! The tech, Naut, was incredible. She was kind, calm (to my panicked) and quickly took care of the issue and explained what had happened and what she did to fix it. I was SO thankful for her help and to Baggett for offering this kind of service to their members. I will also add that this is not the first time we have received this level of quick, detailed and professional service from them. I HIGHLY recommend Baggett and encourage anyone that is looking for a company to service their HVAC systems to call them right away!
