A/C unit quit cooling. Called Estes @8am and Brian was here with his apprentice (also named Brian) by 10:30. He asked me what it was doing, and knew EXACTLY what to troubleshoot. They had the part on the truck and fixed it immediately! Unreal. Cold air again! What a GREAT company and Service!

The technician arrived , quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the option of a refurbished part or a new part. When I chose the new part, He went ahead and installed the refurbished part until the new part arrived. Then when it arrived he installed it without any extra charge.
