We are so lucky to have bumped in to Liz when we did. After purchasing our home, upon moving in a few months later there appeared to be a fairly large roof leak that our inspectors missed. This caused part of the ceiling to fall apart. We had many roofers come out and give us quotes, all telling us massively different price ranges as well as large differences in what all would have to be done, while also talking down to me simply because i was a woman, even shunning me for tarping my own roof to keep out any further water damage. (my husband is military and was moving in to the house a month after me)
We were then very lucky to find Liz, who was not only above and beyond respectful and sympathetic, she did a thorough check of the interior, better than our own inspectors did to find all effected areas. Every step was clearly communicated to us, as well as very well documented by Liz and her team who took photos every step of the way. This project quickly turned from tearing up and reinstalling flashing properly to discovering and treating a large amount of mold inside, discovering and reporting attempted cover up work from prior owners for our documentation, and when replacing the shingles didn't 100% work their team was right back out trouble shooting to find the root of the issue. With out roof and leak repaired her team got our ceiling and drywall back up and did their best to match the textures we had (3 different ones!) and even when i felt like the paint wasn't a 100% match they tried 4 times to match it to my liking which i was severely grateful for.
However, the best part of working with JSR Group is that they understand the frustration of filing Insurance / warranty claims. Our warranty company has tried every which way to deny us reimbursement by requiring an insane amount of documentation from the contractors down to the names of what was put on the wall and individual prices of shingles, etc. Liz never told us that she didn't want to do that or it was too much work to rewrite our break down to make it work for our claims. She is truly a gem and turned a disaster experience for us as first time home owners into an experience for us to learn and feel like there was a sense of community in tis new town. It was nice to know she had our back. I highly recommend them!

I had my over plucked, non-existent eyebrows redone by Anastasia at Beauty LAB. They are phenomenal. I love waking up in the morning, looking in the mirror to see my eyebrows are back. Anastasia DID that! She gave me back my facial definition and a few years. I cannot thank you enough. I will be going back to get permanent eyeliner done.

I recently visited this salon without requesting a specific stylist. I called and booked an appointment with whoever was available, and fortunately, I got in the same day with Taylor. I wanted to lighten my dark brown hair, and she did a great job achieving the look I was after. I appreciate that she was being very cautious to avoid damaging my hair, especially after a previous stylist had bleached it entirely. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and continuing the process with Taylor to lighten it. We did a foilyage with toner.

I expressed that I have not had my hair taken care of professionally for a year, and that I was putting trust into someone to help me feel beautiful again, & not only did she reassure me in taking care of my hair, she also took the time to express how important it is for her that I love my hair and feel beautiful as it is important to have self care!
I informed her of my latex allergy, and she assured me it was no problem, that they use nitrile gloves for this reason! Nikki made sure to answer my questions, informed me of policies, a price range estimate, and also about what forms of payment are accepted! She made the whole process so easy, I am so excited to get in the door and I hope to make this salon my new hair home!

They are GREAT company while getting a haircut, the atmosphere in their shop is wonderful and outstanding. From 2011 - 2014 Eagle Cuts was the only place I would go to get my hair cut. This is my second time stationed in Fort Campbell, and I still go to Eagle Cuts for my monthly haircut. I am very particular about my hair, and she does an amazing job. If you're new to the area or have been here for a while I highly recommend Eagle Cuts.

Had my hair professionally braided for the first time ever and I was floored by how comfortable and enjoyable the entire experience was. Lanet had great attention to detail and the precision of her parts made the hairstyle look so good. Her braiding itself was fast, but definitely not rushed and this style will definitely last with proper maintenance on my part. I will definitely be going again.

I love that she doesn’t cut corners and not only do we always have a “this appointment goal” but also she really takes in consideration what my hair goals are in the long term which is so important since I have very long hair. My goals are low maintenance, super blended highlights so they look natural. I also want to keep my length so health is important and she pays special attention to the process to ensure she is creating as little damage as possible with bleaching & highlights.

Today I went in to Kiersten. I went in for a full highlight. My hair is short and I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. After having my hair butchered recently I really won’t go anywhere else but Chameleon. I have been coming here for 6 years and every stylist is kind and fun to work with. Today was no exception. I had my nose in a book at first but Kiersten let me slowly come out of my shell to chat:) the rest of the time was great. Always checking to see if you’re comfortable or want a drink. The service and outcome was perfect! Highly recommend Kiersten esp if going from a warmer color to a light blonde. My hair looks gorgeous.

I have been getting waxed exclusively for three years and today was my first time with Peyton. Hands down the best wax I have EVER received. Peyton made me feel more comfortable than previous waxers, she somehow managed to make it less painful and she was so informative through the entire process. I would recommend her to ANYONE, but especially someone who is nervous about waxing or someone who had a previous negative experience with waxing because Peyton will change your mind. To start off the spa is super nice with a great ambiance, the manager is super soft spoken and kind. I recently went for a 90 min deep tissue massage and facial with Frankie and Julyssa and it went amazing. They were both so attentive and took their time to give a great service.

Got a patchwork sleeve done with Andrew, he was absolutely amazing and shows so much care for everybody that enters the shop. He is very easy to communicate with, the people there are amazing, the work is excellent, and the prices are the best I’ve ever come across. Out of all the shops I’ve been to this is by far the best one and I more than recommend checking out any of their artists.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the gentleman that came to replace our hot water heater. I woke up without hot water and saw the water heater was leaking in the garage. I shut the water off and called Alford at 7:30am. First, the lady on the phone was super helpful, answering all my questions with a pleasant tone. By 9am, the gentlemen were at my house to look at it. The entire thing needed to be replaced, but it was still under warranty. By 11am, I had a new water heater installed. Both men who came to my house were very knowledgeable and professional. The labor and expansion pack costs were very reasonable as well. Pro N Stall worked well with our Home Warranty company and remained flexible to suit our needs and our schedule. They kept us informed throughout the whole process to get our replacement system up and running as soon as they could in the summer heat. I do recommend them and would hire them again, but do ask for future jobs, to please collect or throw away the no longer needed panel screws, small extra items (trash) at the end from the HVAC unit that was removed.

What a great company. On a short notice request (short notice to me) I called last week and they got me scheduled in a few days. They did an outstanding job. My carpets had some wear and tear on them. Family, grandkids and plenty of spills and dirty shoes. Now my carpets look brand new. They cleaned two big rooms, 11 stairs and a hallway. Oh and another plus they are huge hockey fans.
We have been using ChemDry for our home carpet cleaning needs since we moved down to Clarksville about 3 years ago. Two dogs, utterly confused by the change in their environment, forgot their house training manners and left their displeasure on the carpets. Fortunately we found Chem-Dry. They back-lit all the carpets, found the trouble spots, cleaned and deodorized and had the house fresh and clean within a couple of hours. Service is good, friendly, efficient. Reasonable rates. We particularly like that the Chem Dry process leaves the carpets clean but dries quick. High recommend.

Long review so bear with me I’ll try to keep this brief with my experience…
I moved into my apartment in 2023 with my 2 cats and in that year my spouse and I have had so many milestones and made sure this apartment was our home to getting married, adopting our first cat together (making a grand total of 3 cats) had many laughs and of course having our fair share of friends over. With all of that said these carpets have seen better days that’s for sure. So when our property manager reached out to renew our lease we of course said “absolutely!” Ms. Tiffanie (over at The Landings at Riverside) said we had a choice of getting a free carpet cleaning or a few other options we opted for the carpet cleaning! Aaron and Bryce (apologies in advance if those names are spelled wrong) came in inspected the carpets and got right to work! They both were very professional and so kind! Me having spinal surgery 2 weeks prior to them coming I was so nervous I was going to have to move the big furniture out of their way but they ensured that they would work around it! Both of the gentlemen were very quick and VERY efficient in getting our carpet back in shape and looking BRAND NEW just like when we moved in!! These guys mean BUSINESS that’s for absolute sure! So needless to say, whenever we buy a house these are the individuals we would call!
To the company: you guys have two amazing individuals on your team! I cannot say it enough times they were absolutely amazing at getting the job done in record time (my personal opinion) and being so kind about the process. We had such an incredible experience here!! Our home had been destroyed by the tornado last year, and we had to do an entire rebuild. A close friend recommended that we come here for cabinets and I am so happy we did. Betsy was our sales associate and she did such an amazing job! We needed cabinets for the kitchen, all the bathrooms, living room, and a few bar areas, and Betsy was the best person for the job. She was so pleasant, knowledgable, patient and efficient. She had incredible attention to detail, explained all the ins and outs of every element of the cabinets very well, and she was really thorough and great at communicating with me quickly and promptly! She also made this process for us really fun and exciting, which was something we desperately needed during our rebuild. When our cabinets were installed and I saw them in person, I almost cried seeing how beautiful they came out. They are one of our favorite things in our new home. Robert has been our pest control man for 3 years and he is awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about AR Pools to do them justice! Tommy helped me pick out the right pool and created drawings to show what each pool would look like in my backyard with different features. We looked at different positions and simulated sunrise and sunset just to make sure it was in the perfect spot. The installation crew was fantastic! They were so skilled and gave us a pretty cool show - flipping and turning the pool before setting it in place. Sandy is probably an unsung hero, but she helped make sure my services were scheduled and invoices were accurate. She’s super kind and easy to work with! After installation, Justin and Chris came over to provide Pool School. They were super patient with me… teaching me what to do and not to do. I take water samples directly to their office, and they analyze the chemicals for free - then give me advice on what to add, how much and when. They make it dummy proof for people like me who have never owned a pool. All of this to say… thank you!!!! You are amazing!

My experience at Schmitt Dental has been nothing but stellar all around! Like many others, I have anxiety surrounding the dentist which I chose to be open about during my initial cleaning appointment. The hygienist was kind, supportive and patient often checking in on me during the appointment. Unfortunately, I had an emergency crown that became necessary due to a filling falling out very recently- and I have to say, even the process and procedure I had done today wasn’t as bad as I anticipated.. and it’s because of the confident, trusted and wonderful care I was shown. My hygienist was so friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her. Dr Schmitt has many decades of experience and it shows. He helped not only save my tooth, but also has restored my confidence in facing the dental chair. A good dentist isn’t always easy to come by- in fact, it’s invaluable. Rest assured you’re in wonderful hands here!

My boxer was so sick last Wednesday. I called Dr. Markham on Thursday morning and he got her right in at 11:30. Him and his staff are definitely the best I have found here. My pups love coming here! I was worried about handling both my baby and my dog at the same time, however they were able to help me with that! Amanda is wonderful, she was able to come grab my pup from our vehicle for me. Roxy did so well with both Amanda and Dr. Kerrigan and I heard she also took well to most of the other staff as well! Our large breed dog has gone to Dr. Amanda Fant since 2012. She diagnosed a misdiagnosed (from Banfield in Clarksville) CCL tear, and saved our dog from an even worse injury. Although she was not the surgeon who repaired the tear, we saw her for all of the follow-up appointments. She is not only knowledgeable, but truly loves animals. I would recommend her to anyone and, had we not moved out of state, we would continue to drive 45 minutes to the North Stewart County location for the peace of mind that our dogs would continue to have top of the line care.
I am so thankful for Overwatch. One of the most thorough and caring vets I have ever been to. I have a large senior dog so after moving to Clarksville we searched aimlessly to find him a great vet to keep up with his health issues. After visits to multiple different vets in the area, we finally found Overwatch. We have only been visiting them for a couple weeks now and had an emergency yesterday and Overwatch was able to make sure my dog Hektor was seen the same day to help us. My dog has some very complex health issues and was in a lot of pain. They exhausted every single option they could and spent hours with us to make sure that he is getting taken care of correctly and to give us answers even though they were super busy already. We can not thank Dr.Anderson enough. I would not even think to go anywhere else. Don’t waste your time or money going to other clinics like we did. Do yourself a favor and go check out Overwatch, you will not regret it.
We absolutely love Southside and have never had a bad experience. They are kind and love on our dogs while we are there, quick to get us in, and are considerate of our time in the office. We highly recommend using them for your veterinary needs.
I've heard and have seen great things about this veterinarian clinic, so I brought my puppy in for his rabbies shots. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even made sure my dog was happy and comfortable before giving him his shot. I'll definitely be coming back if I find myself to!

Family Pet Hospital and the Burchett’s are wonderful! We received a stray cat from friends in hoping that she would be a perfect lap cat for our son, who was paralyzed in a horrific vehicle accident. His cat he named Chewy, has been so perfect and precious in every way for him and our family. Truly a gift from Heaven. The Burchett’s took such amazing care to help us get her spay and vaccinated. We are so grateful and thankful! They are the best! ❤️ ??
I took my cat named Pudding in today for some vaccines and bloodwork and saw Tatum and Dr Gordner and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable and patient and made my experience very pleasant. I highly recommend them.
I left a rating a few weeks ago, but I just want to post my appreciation for Dr. Engle. My dog, Mo, was diagnosed with Diabetes a few weeks ago and Dr Engle has been so helpful with his care, answering all of my questions and helping me find the best treatment for him. Even if I email a question, the staff has been responsive, giving her my email, and she always gets back with me! Thank you, Dr. Engle and Tiny Town!
We take both of our cats to Sango Vet's, they are all amazing. We have a kitty who is 14 years old and is a sweetheart, they are always so gentle with him. We have a kitty who is almost 2 years old and is a little scrapper, he too is also treated so well. We love Sango Vet and can't think of a more loving and caring place to take our four leggier family members.
I cannot say enough about this clinic. They are so professional and caring. I have a very sick pet that comes in regularly and they have developed a medical plan and I know extended her life. Cannot say enough good things about their internal meds doctor!

We were looking for a place for our Baby Kiya to go play and socialize with other dogs. She loves her time with Ruff Life at Doggy daycare. She comes home exhausted and smelling extra clean on her bath days. We would highly recommend Ruff Life!
I did the hot vinyasa class without ever having been to hot yoga before and loved it! It was a great workout and I had fun even as a beginner.
This Yoga Studio is welcoming and very clean. I enjoy doing my yoga practice here and find classes by Jane to be well rounded. P

I love it here! Im from out of town and was looking for a place I could bring my dog and this place was perfect! They have a nice little fenced in back yard where your dog can get their zoomies out while you enjoy your coffee. The decor and style were also super pretty and really creative 11/10

Good pricing for a good reflexology style massage but in a private room. Able to get me in same day which was really really nice.
Sherry is amazing; very knowledgeable and professional. I had been experiencing neck pain for about 3 1/2 months before going to a chiropractor who could not give me a full adjustment due to inflammation and pain. One visit to Sherry, and my pain was 70% diminished. I thought she was moving some muscles, but apparently she was moving lactic acid build up out of my muscles. She worked my shoulders, upper back and neck. I highly recommend her.
I did a 45 minute deep tissue massage and it felt amazing. Towards the end she laid a hot towel on my back which felt amazing. I went in with a shoulder that has been stiff for 3 months and a few hours later I am sore but in a good way. Feeling a lot better than before. Only bad thing I have to say is she was about 10 minutes late due to another client but that was not a problem for me and probably just a 1 time thing. Definitely recommend

This was my first time at this location. There was a lot of miscommunication with my previous location in another state regarding my credits & this location worked it out behind the scenes so I could enjoy my services stress free. Thank you to the Tiny Town location manager, front desk staff, massage therapist & esthetician for all you did to work this out. Problems from the other location aside, the services were also great at this location!
Clean, friendly, efficient. Rachel gave me a great massage and really gave great pressure when I asked for it. It was also a good stretch. It’s reasonably priced, and she went the whole time. Nothing negative to say.
I really enjoyed my experience here! I was hesitant at first because of a few bad reviews but when I got there with the husband we were greeted and made to feel like at home. We got to pick our animal for the heartbeat while we waited on the tech Amy to be ready for us and when she was ready she was sweet and took her time. We had a few problems with baby's hand covering his face and she did poke and shake him but nothing rough like previous reviews stated. I didn't find it any harder than my normal OBGYN would do. It was 30 minutes long and we got some really good photos and shared some laughter. Still waiting on my 8K photo to get emailed but overall my experience was 10/10 for my first baby!!!!
Anna was my massage therapist and she is wonderful. They didn’t worry about my name when I called for my appointment so I was a bit nervous. However there wasn’t any issues and I went on a Saturday afternoon. Will definitely be back. Only thing I would recommend is to use some type of refreshing spray on the linens. They didn’t stink per se but smelled like they sat in the washer too long before drying.
My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage. It was serene and no gossip just bliss. Highly recommend!!

When I tell you this place is amazing they are just that. Kimmy did my massage an I have had so much pain in my shoulder and neck for months couldn’t move it like that no nothing. I did the 60 minute hot stone massage package B an when I came out I could actually move my shoulder again an I felt so much better all over. The hot stone massage are absolutely a game changer when they use them to massage you. She was very attentive an made sure the correct amount of pressure was applied . I was so impressed how good the massage was an how great it felt . They have reasonable prices for the services they provide as well.
I've been here twice now and had a good massage from two different providers. They ask me the pressure that I wanted and then did a good job of providing that level of pressure. The place is clean, the people are friendly, and no funny stuff.
