“I love getting my nails done, but it’s so hard for me to find a good nail tech. Every nail tech that I’ve been to has either ignored my request on what kind of nails I want, or just blatantly didn’t care about doing a good job. Jen and Ryan are amazing nail techs. They are so caring and Jen did my nails and she made sure do the whole process that I felt comfortable and that I liked to my nails. Below is an inspo photo that I showed Jen and next to it is the result. She did amazing!!! Super caring and super sweet and super good at her craft! 10/10 will be a returning client.“

“I have been in a half dozen times or so and seen a few different people but Katie is my regular nail person now. Every time I see her my nails always turn out better than I hope for and she always comes up with beautiful designs to put on them. She's also very friendly and nice to chat with, even when I came in for my second appointment with her she remembered me right away and started asking about my family and other things we had previously talked about and without me even having to ask she trimmed my nails because she remembered that I prefer them pretty short. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and I have even seen several men come in for manicures and pedicures, which I absolutely think more men should do for themselves. But what I really liked was when a couple very colorful gentlemen asked for very elaborate and blinged out full sets they weren't treated any differently than any other customer. I had my lower left leg amputated in July of 2023 and I have been too embarrassed to get a pedicure since but if I ever get up the nerve I will definitely be getting it done here.“

“Toni is amazing!! Before I moved to Sioux Falls, my hair was damaged and dull. I went from hair stylist to hair stylist because I was never impressed with their work. Then, when I moved to Sioux Falls, a coworker suggested Toni at Etch. I can honestly say that if I ever leave S.D., I will come back to get my hair done by Toni. I've received non-stop compliments the last 2 times she colored/toned my hair. (Before that we were just doing cuts/highlights.) I've never disliked anything she's done to my hair, which is big coming from a girl who usually leaves hair salons a little traumatized. She brought my hair back from the dead and made it beautiful again.“

“I’ve always hated going to get my nails done. I hated the whole experience in general because of how awkward it was and how rough nail techs had been on my nails in the past. I’ve had a really bad skin picking issue since I was really young and I’ve always felt ashamed to go into a salon because of how embarrassed I was to show people my fingers. That being said, I’ve never felt comfortable getting my nails done even though having nails on was the only way I could stop picking at my fingers. Salons in the past made me feel ashamed and were super aggressive with my nails. I’ve been going to TLC since March and I can’t stop myself from coming back. I am by no means a person who regularly gets their nails done or “pampers” themselves, but since I found these lovely ladies I can’t help myself but get my nails done every two weeks. “I loved having the morning of my wedding be completely stress free by having both hair and makeup done by Beauty Lounge Glamour Studio! It was so nice to only have to worry about putting on my dress. My bridal party was smaller and we did in studio hair and makeup and it was just so fun to all hang out together to get ready. Also, my wedding day was muggy and 94 degrees, but my hair and makeup held up all day long and all through the night. Amazing!!! I highly recommend them for your wedding day needs. “Cleanliness: This place is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. They always encourage you to wash hands when you come in, which ensures no outside germs are coming in. They always wipe everything down when customers are done, weather it’s for a pedicure or manicure.

“I'll start negative and end positive. I've had a very rough few weeks with very painful medical issues and I was so excited to get my legs sugared and a pedicure done for a holiday party I'm attending this weekend. When I got to my appointment, we started with my pedicure (which I'll get to) and during that, I found out that despite what their website says, they do not actually do sugaring, only regular waxing. If you're unaware, regular waxing is much more painful than sugaring. I went through with it and had my legs waxed despite the pain because I very rarely do anything like this for myself and I just wanted nice smooth legs. Kelsey was amazing and apologetic and very gentle and she waxed my legs and they are smooth. I don't blame her at all, but the website really needs updated so that people don't book a sugaring and end up with something they weren't expecting. NOW! My pedicure, also by Kelsey was SO GOOD! I will 10000000% be back for that and requesting Kelsey! I seriously couldn't decide if I wanted to cry or fall asleep, the massage was so good! My nails look fabulous and she did great with my foot that had surgery less than a year ago. I can't say enough good about this pedicure. ??? Overall, 7/10 stars because of the sugaring mishap, but I will still go back for other services. Thank you, Kelsey!“

I brought my 3 year old niece in for a "Little Diva" appointment - just regular polish. More about the experience for her than it is about the nails. Her nail tech Tina was WONDERFUL with her. She was very patient with the 3 year old and explained everything while working quickly.
