Everytime I’ve gone to Vanessa’s my hair always turned out beautiful. CarrieAnn and Taylor deserve a raise I say. Gentle with your hair, listens to exactly what you want, and make the results turn out even better than what you thought it would be. Never going to another hair salon again. Just got butterfly layers and my bangs done by Taylor today, and I’m absolutely obsessed with my hair. They also have a nice large selection of hair care products, and give you tips on how to better care for your hair. Amazing experience everytime I have gone there. Highly reccomend! Taylor did my hair for a special event and the whole experience was lovely. She was a pleasure to be around and I got so many compliments on my hair. Would definitely go back if I was still in the area! :)Service: Bridal services

I had much higher expectations for the premier salon in Sioux Falls. Upon checking in, no one offered to take my jacket, I was not offered a beverage or a smut magazine, all of the things associated with going to a salon. I was also disappointed when products other than Aveda were used in my hair. My stylist was friendly and did offer to take my jacket and get me a beverage, but these things should have been done upon check in. I was not happy with the original color service. They did correct it. I was even contacted by the owner the following day to assure my satisfaction.
