745 Arden Ln, Rock Hill“The trainers and staff are excellent. Josh, Austin and Dylan, in particular have been very helpful. I am in a wheelchair, but I am able to use the pool and participate in the group fitness sessions. Josh and Austin have helped me modify many of the group exercises to accommodate my wheelchair. The new “head janitor” is such a friendly face in the mornings. She does such a good job keeping the place clean in the mornings. Emily is also a smiling presence when I arrive. Overall, the staff is attentive, welcoming, and available for questions, etc. Yes, the physical maintenance is a bit disappointing, but this great staff makes up for that for me, anyway. I look forward to my workouts there.,“

I'll definitely be back when we visit family in Fort Mill again! Latitude 35 is an awesome space, and we met and worked out with a great group of friendly, supportive, and strong athletes! Whit is a solid coach; friendly, inviting, motivational, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get started with or continue on their Crossfit journey!“

We were there for baseball, but I saw golf, basketball, strength training, football, etc. Having an indoor facility like this really gives people options for practicing in all weather. Wish we had this in Rock Hill!“

“Been coming here for a little over a year while also on GLP-1 meds since they will eat away at muscle mass if your not careful. I’d been to the gym maybe a dozen times since high school, so the mix of brevity, effectiveness, and positive reinforcement (like a friend wanting you to succeed, not a lacrosse coach) has been a perfect mix to keep me coming week after week.
