I have had some good experiences and decent results but I have never had personal training where they genuinely care about your results like Robert, Mike, and Ali do. Mike and Ali, the owners, are there every single time I walk in and are always open to questions, advice, or just conversation. Roberts training is perfect for anyone. He goes into great detail as to what you're doing, why your doing it, and what to expect. The research he does on each workout type is bar none. On top of all of that, they provide you with a nutritional app where they plan every single meal you put in your body from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even snacks in between. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make myself better with.“

“After 2 classes at Shred415, I can positively say that it is a killer workout! 2 days worth of intense soreness tells me it's exactly the workout I needed. I love the changing dynamic every 15 minutes which makes it truly impossible to get bored. The bodyweight style training during the deck portion is awesome because I inevitably learn new exercises that I can easily replicate at home or even when traveling and in need of a quick strength workout. I particularly love Chuck's classes. He is always cheering everyone on and pushing them to work just a little harder. You won't regret giving a Shred class a try!“

“This is a good place to get a workout in. Dumbbells only go up to 75lbs, but they have a large selection of machines. They also have quite a few hammer strength and a nice cable section. If you are looking for cardio, they have a ton of elliptical, treadmill, stairsteppers, and bikes.“
