“I had never used Curtis with Psalm 23 Handyman before this week. I had called one other service, sent pictures, and not sure how the communication dropped (maybe technology related) but never received anything back so I called Curtis. He responded quickly and gave me a fair quote for the small job I had (fixing an upper level vent cover on an air conditioning line coming out from the air handler). He showed up when he said he would. Completed the job in a timely manner and the invoice came in over $150 less than the estimate. I really enjoyed speaking with him and he provided excellent service. I will use him again.“

“New Years Eve our neighbors firepit caught his grass on fire, it went under our fence burned our entire backyard. The fence, 5 windows, the screen from our porch and the soffit under the eaves were melted and burnt. Pinnacle replaced it all in a timely manner. The guys from Pinnacle were at our house bright and early and ready to work. Often times they worked til 6pm. Excellent work. We will use them again.“

“Rich with Punch upstate was the general contractor for the seller for a house we bought. The seller had him install a refurbished dishwasher as a result of an inspection. The dishwasher was poorly refurbished (not refurbished by Punch) and did not work. I reached out to Rich about the issue. After he was ignored by the dishwasher refurbishment company, he researched the issue, bought the part, and fixed my dishwasher for free even though it was not his fault. He also mounted a TV for me for free because he felt bad that we did not have a working dishwasher.Rich cares about doing a good job and doing right by people. I will be using him for my general contractor needs moving forward.“
