Having used this service several times, I can say that each time the technicians have not only been knowledgeable - but timely and professional. This time around with Hoyt was no different. Definitely appreciate their honesty, sharing of knowledge, and thoroughness - no matter how simple the service call.
AMAZING company! They went above and beyond to repair my stove super quick! I cannot praise their professionalism enough!! Everyone is super friendly and you can tell they really value their customers!! I would recommend them to everyone!!
I did not request a repair but they were very helpful. On their suggestion went to LG refrigerator online and found that I still have a warranty on my compressor. I would use them just because they returned my call and gave me some free advice.In the end unplugging my fridge overnight and cleaning up the puddle of water in the morning fixed it. At least for now.
