Great company with knowledgeable technicians. Would highly recommend them. Technician was honest, system was about a pound low on refrigerant. Most technicians would recommend a leak test or new system installation. I authorized him to top off my refrigerant. During the refill process the technician noticed the leak was coming from the service valves being loose. He fix the valves and refilled the system. I have JAC do a biannual inspection of my HVAC system. What I like about their service compared to other companies that I've used is that they aren't constantly trying to sell me additional services that are not necessary. The technicians for the company that I previously used were paid on commission and it showed in the recommendations that they made. I don't worry about that with JAC.Service: HVAC system maintenance

We called for a second opinion on our home units and I’m so very very thankful we did! They were quick to respond and sent out a fantastic repairman. He was able to get us back up and running and even told us what exactly what part needed to be replaced if we had the same issue again. The repairman was honest and upfront.
