Liz is always amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. Given the severity of my fibromyalgia, her skill and expertise is one of the biggest reasons I am able to move at all, let alone decently pain free.

Each massage is specially designed to relax the mind, body and soul. Welcoming each guest to come in and enjoy a relaxing experience and escape from the hectic world that can start to drain us mentally and physically. A place to rejuvenate and recenter with the loving touch of a knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist or energy worker.
