“I like it. Was offered a refreshing beverage and good work done. I did come an hour before close for a pedicure but I wanted the relaxation more than anything. I felt it was VERY rushed by the technician and the whole reason for me coming was the callus removal (and relaxation), but the technician did not pay close attention to that. Took away from the experience as he was quite rude and not willing to accommodate to increase the addition of service as I was paying more. He added a remover but did not even stick my feet back in water (he already let it out) to rinse off so it made my feet harder ? so a quick half butt job and felt like I wasted $40+ and could have just done at home, but wanted the experience and pampering... but will not remove a star from the business. I just hope should I decide to go back, it will be a better experience...and most likely will try someone else“

Wynn assessed the situation and we decided to start with a clean slate removing my gel overlay, cutting back my natural nails and doing a full set of coffin tips with gel polish.
