“I have nothing but praise for this honest company. Twice in one year they saved us a lot of money to their detriment. They came out to put in our new Bosch dishwasher and they refused to install it due to the guys from the original company dropped it from their truck and they (Appliance Guys) would not install it and they were not reimbursed for their visit. We got a new dishwasher from Bosch and Appliance Guys put it in going the extra mile. Next, 10 months later, our dishwasher gave us a code and Bosch corporate sent out a work order to the Appliance Guys and they researched it and found out it could be corrected over the phone which they did and they didn't get reimbursed. “I've used Oakes Appliance several times over the past year or so. Recently they saved me quite a bit of money when our freezer went out. There were a lot of possibilities ranging from a short in the cord to the main port. The office gave me the worse case scenario up front so I could compare repairing vs replacing. I decided to schedule a diagnostic visit and see what was happening. After checking and rechecking everything, a loose wire was found to be the culprit (the unit is 10 years old and been through 2 moves so not totally surprised). Once it was reseated and secured the freezer came back on. Appreciate the skillfulness of the technician and the helpfulness and the thoroughness of the office staff to provide me with the information I needed to decide what to do. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly with each of my encounters.“
