“Our HVAC system stopped working in the coldest part of January. I called CSI Mechanical and Trey was at our home the next day. When Trey discovered we only had one heat source CSI supplied us with 2 large electric heaters. When the technicians inspected the old system they discovered holes in the duct work. When the technicians came and started you would never know they were here. They were efficient and neat. They never left a scrap of work materials behind. I really appreciated that because we have dogs. Most important, they never left the gate open. Trey checked in with through this process and came and taught me how to program the thermostat and put the app on my phone. Thank you Trey! I am so happy with our new HVAC system and our new power bill! I recommend CSI Mechanical with no reservation. Thank to the staff at CSI. They are the best!“
