“I had an issue at the Palm Beach Tan location where I live and called the Newberry location to try & get some clarity. I spoke with the manger at Newberry (apologies I am horrible with names!) and she was simply phenomenal! She was so friendly and cheerful and very very helpful . She offered such a positive customer service experience ! She was able to resolve my issue however it needed to be done in store . I told her I would be willing to make the drive ( about an hour one way ) on Christmas Eve. She said that she would not be working that day. However, she would let the employees that would be there that day know to expect me. When I got there the next day , once again - 2 more young ladies that were just as friendly & helpful ! Honestly, between the manager on the phone and 2 young ladies I interacted with when I was physically at the Newberry location - these 3 should absolutely be recognized for their customer service and just general people skills , friendliness and true willingness to help . I was so appreciative of these 3 employees. I can not say enough about them! The actual Newberry location was spotless and squeaky clean as well . Very well organized. An overall welcoming place between the physical location attributes and then the amazing employees .
