Palm Beach Tan

I had an issue at the Palm Beach Tan location where I live and called the Newberry location to try & get some clarity. I spoke with the manger at Newberry (apologies I am horrible with names!) and she was simply phenomenal! She was so friendly and cheerful and very very helpful . She offered such a positive customer service experience ! She was able to resolve my issue however it needed to be done in store . I told her I would be willing to make the drive ( about an hour one way ) on Christmas Eve. She said that she would not be working that day. Best tanning salon I have ever utilized. Very pleased with products, tanning options, and staff customer service. It’s a total Win-Win!
