Eugene conducted himself in a very polite and professional manner, and unobtrusively spent half a day dismantling, diagnosing, cleaning, installing a replacement assembly and then fastidiously reassembling the whole shebang. Before departing he double checked the system, and described to us what the fix was. He made sure we were satisfied and explained how the improvement he added should keep the issue fixed for years to come. And all the other office staff we dealt with were competent, professional and pleasant to deal with, not to mention hugely responsive and sincere.
