We've been with Pender Bros for many over 15 yrs now. They've been terrific! We had one incident 2 yrs ago that involved a miscommunication when we hired their team to handle a pipe insulation project. Even then, they handled the issue professionally and I was more than satisfied with how it all worked out. Excellent team. BTW, our tech Jack is the best!!

We had just moved to the area and had a problem with our A/C. Called Pender Brothers and they had someone out to us very quickly. They found the problem and offered the best solution, which to our dismay was a new unit. They helped us select the best unit for our needs and tried to make the purchase as painless as they could. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a professional, compassionate, family owned business that really puts the customer first.
