I always had a contract with them and came twice a year to service my HVAC system. In both homes I only had minor problems and they never ripped me off.

I just had a problem with my A/C on the weekend and their technician came out next day on a Sunday! He fixed the problem temporarily so I could have A/C until they could order the part.
