Sign of the times, Mr. Mitch was the only Tech available. Although I had to endure most of the day in my hot house, he was very apologetic. He got right to the source of the problem and resolved it. AJ was awesome. He is great at what he does. We had a plumbing issue with our shower, and he fixed it in no time. Definitely recommend ARS and AJ for anyone who has issues with plumbing.
