“I received a call the day before my appointment as a friendly reminder. I was greeted by Summer ( their awesome receptionist ) and seen immediately. The doctor listened to my concerns as we reviewed my charts and bloodwork. She asked questions and made suggestions. I must say that I truly enjoyed my doctors visit and my prescriptions were called in to the pharmacy before I got to my car.“

“My 9 yr old cut her head while playing. Fairly deep gash, lots of blood. (Head wounds tend to bleed a lot.) We went in for stitches. We sat in the pediatric ER for 4 hours and finally left without even being seen. Staff was too worried about shift change, solitaire, and sudoku. We were one of three patients when we arrived. after 3 and a half hours decided to leave only to be told they had a room for us. We went in this room and sat waiting 45 minutes for no one to come in. When we finally gave up and left the guy at the desk was playing solitaire and the girl was playing sudoku. I guess my daughter will have to make do with Neosporin and a bandaid until Walgreens opens in the morning.“
