My quality of life was almost non existent. I was sold after my first treatment and today I am completely pain free. The staff are very professional and Dr. Wang is awesome! “Honestly, I had no idea what to expect, but from start to finish Passport Health was excellent. The phone agent I spoke to for the GA/SC region was most helpful in scheduling my appointment, answering a couple preliminary questions, and providing clear direction on what was needed ahead of my appointment. Upon arriving to the the PH office in West Columbia, I was greeted immediately and quickly taken back. My travel nurse, Lynn Stogner, walked me through my trip details and what vaccines were recommended. She explained the variations of vaccines for certain illnesses and the possible side effects I could experience. Additionally, she reviewed some dos/don'ts of eating, drinking, swimming, etc., as well as provided consulate and embassy information for the countries to which I am traveling. Everything she went over was packaged nicely to keep with me as I travel. My experience could not have been better.“

This practice is unlike ANY OTHER. Seriously. The Referral Coordinator, Julia, was so full of positivity and information . She had my paperwork submitted and my first appointment scheduled before I knew it! She ALWAYS responded to my emails or calls right away. He has the Best personality, so Caring, thorough with his exams and above all that he actually Listens to his patients! He’s extremely knowledgeable and sincerely cares about his patients! I’m 63 and he’s the absolute Best Dr. I’ve Ever Had!! He is now my Family Physician and I can’t say enough about Dr. Fox and I’m forever Grateful that he has taken me as a patient!! “I rarely give 5 stars on any review, but Med Care deserves this for the way they tended to me when I cut my finger really bad while washing the car one weekend. I cut it seriously enough that I decided to see them in order to get stitches, a tetanus shot, and possibly some antibiotics just to be on the safe side. Lynn, a nurse practitioner, was great and gave me three stitches and had me in and out in no time. She made a very painful accident as comfortable as possible. I did have some infection set in, but I paid them a follow up visit and the antibiotics they prescribed took care of it. I would highly recommend Med Care versus any trip to the ER. You will save time, money, and aggravation. I can't thank them enough for saving my sanity that day!“

“I’ve struggled with finding a doctor that actually listened to me and treated me like a human being in the past. My search has ended with Dr. Olson. She’s got a great sense of humor, she doesn’t rush me or push me into anything, and she actually listens and takes my concerns seriously. She even called me personally after hours to discuss blood work with me, which has never happened in all of my adult years as a patient. I will even switch insurance companies if I have to in order to keep seeing Dr. Olson. I feel like I’m very lucky to have found her and recommend her completely. The rest of the staff at this location was very nice as well and the wait time wasn’t long at all.“

I got off to a rocky start bc we had just moved here and lots of varying schedules - /busy busy busy family and I had to reschedule a lot and probably irritated the front desk :)/scheduling department- with my phone calls.Everyone is very nice and friendly and Dr Askins is amazing , friendly caring Doctor who is pro mental health care and pro pharmaceutical assistance as needed . He is level headed about Covid/ and all vaccines to prevent disease and takes a medical approach. I'm ngl- I worried about this pre move - with the uproar of medical misinformation and the bizareee woo hoo "essential oil" holistic approach that seems to have grabbed hold of society . I'm so glad we found this office !“

“I have been seeing Dr Guram for years. He is a fabulous doctor who takes the time to listen to me. He is very thorough and doesn’t leave anything out. I am extremely satisfied with his care and I don’t feel that I have to worry about something being missed. He prints out my labs and goes over each one with me. The wait time here is never bad. As with any doctor you expect some wait. The rooms are neat and organized. The staff here are all polite from check in to check out. I recommend this practice to anyone. It is a great practice.“
