This experience has been hell my son is on speciality formula due to allergies and failure to thrive and we have no contact ordered online they said it fell through for two weeks have not gotten any calls back from Federal Health Services despite voicemail states will call back in one business day. We are an active duty military family and we’re linked here through Tricare! Still my child is running out of food. No one can provide a supervisor they do not honor patient rights as this is part of our rights to speak to a supervisor upon request as well as to be provided with the name contact and job title of person managing his care which they also don’t provide meanwhile...read full review

My husband was released from the hospital on Monday with a feeding tube. Coram told him he would need to sign a Medicare form. It was sent to him on Tuesday and returned. They told him when it was received they would call back for payment. That didn't happen until Wednesday. It is now Friday and no food has been received! The small supply the hospital gave him ran out on Wednesday and he has no choice but to use Boost which is only a supplement, not a meal. Obviously he is not receiving the nutrients he needs to heal from his surgery. I am furious at the lack of care and concern he has received from this company!

Home infusion nurse was wonderful, but business office was a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend for this reason. Changed to a different home infusion service and have had NO problems, even though I am on same medication from same manufacturer. Breova is a FAR BETTER company to deal with. Wouldn't recommend Coram.
