My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. The quality of his work was unparalleled, and for both of the repairs his craftsmanship was better than the house's original construction. NOW, for me the truly important factors in customer service are integrity, reliability and honesty. Mr. Raborn demonstrated them all as he completed my repairs. He continually informed me of when he would be returning to complete tasks, and if he had a delay, he would address it openly. He seemed to have, at all times, my interest in mind, and he went into detailed discussions about the reasons he chose to complete a repair. He'd then let me choose, which option I wanted him to execute. I don't believe, nor do I wish to have any other roof repairs, soon. “I can’t do justice to the service and treatment we received from Matt and Paul Davis Augusta with words alone. They responded to our kitchen and bathroom issues almost immediately. Our family had a nightmare experience with another restoration company in Evans that dragged on and on. After speaking with Matt in our home during our initial assessment he put us at ease with his explanations of how his team would address our problems. He has vast experience with the adjusters from Travelers insurance so his handling of them was without any hiccups. We were given a contract estimate as well as a tentative finish date which was thankfully met without any problems. “I’m very pleased with Rumsey Construction. They mitigated my water and mold issue. Nika was stopping by everyday for several days just checking on moisture readings. She always text me and let me know when she was on the way. She checked on me daily to see if I had any concerns. Nika brought in all the machines to dry the water, clean the air etc. She was on it!Caleb came in after the machines did their job. He removed the machines, covered the entire ugly wall of studs and insulation with plastic so I wouldn’t have to look at it until reconstruction could begin.I’ll post more when project is complete. So far they get an A+.“
